I know this adult guy friend who likes spending time with this girl.
She doesn't like her real Dad and he's basically M.I.A. in her life.
Her Mom knows this guy and seems to trust him in her life.
Sometimes he will take her shopping, to a movie or just simple fun stuff a girl her age likes.
She enjoys spending time with him because he always spoils her.
Since it's a small town, I just don't want others to talk and think something wierd is going on with the two.
I would hate to see either one of them to get a bad reputation.
Some will think the worst since they know she is not her daughter.
Do you think there is anything to really be concerned with there?

Do you think that as a society, our conservative attitudes to sex have contributed to the number of teenage pregnancies in the U.K?
Personally I think it has and if we were open about it and talked about it more without shying away from it then children would have all the facts they need before they grew into teenagers and had sex.
There are people out there who say 15yr olds shouldn't be having sex but that's not the case and they will wether it's legal or not. Surely it would be better to change our attitudes that sex is 'dirty' and shouldn't be talked about.
Rather than bombard them with facts and booklets and horror stories of STD's etc we should be encouragiing them to talk openly about it.
You might not want to think that your son/daughter might be having sex but the truth is they very wel could be.
Wouldn't you rather them be able to come to you and tell you so they're doing it responsibly than do it behind your back with all the risks?

Two of my best friends and I are getting together one day this week to discover ways to get revenge on two guys in our grade. They are both young teens in 8th grade and very openly gross. We want to teach them a lesson so that they never talk that way again (remarking about s in graphic terms and such.) They both like me or one of my best friends, so that could help. What could my friends and I do to get revenge on 14 year olds so that they are not depressed or hurt, but taught a lesson or at least to feel like we got payback?

I've been a bit sick for the past week, it feels almost like the stomach flu. I haven't missed a period yet... I'm expecting it within the next week. I know you're thinking "aww....she's just cramping up.." but it feels different than usual, I NEVER get this sick right before a period. Please help! I'm too young!

I have a daughter in her teens and presently has a boyfriend. As a mother, i guess its just but natural to guide her and protect her from a very early intimate relationship with a guy. I trust her but i also fear of what might have happen. I want her to finish college for her own good and enjoy being single without any responsibilities (having a child) at a very early age. Sometimes, i feel that i over react and is too exaggerated. What is the proper way to remind her very often of the importance of education and disadvantages of pre marital sex...You see, i got pregnant at the age of 19. So i knew how it was to be a teenage mom.please help me..i dont want this to happen with my only daughter...Thank you in advance...

like how they can't date until they're a certain age, out of high school or whatever. I'm just curious, do some do the same type of thing for their boys or do they just let them date freely?

ok my mom said she wants me to pay her 50$ back cause i went way over on texting but im not gonna pay her. she said i went over 900 texts. she said i should pay more than 50 but shes being nice, ya rite if she was being nice then she wouldnt even make me pay. so i argued wit her saying how am i ging to pay when u dont even pay me for anthing. like really i have money all over the place but im not just gonna give it to her. so she said she would take it out of my card. she cant do that its mine. should i even pay her back cause i dont think she is being fair about this.

They stay at my house until I have to ask them to leave, what I find even stranger is that I never hear from their parents on their where abouts? I always feel like I am put on the spot when I finally have to ask them to go home. I feel like I am kicking them out. I try to make them understand that I have a job and that I cant leave teens in the house while I am gone during the week. What gives here? Its not just one of my sons friends, its all of them. Don't parents even care about where their kids are anymore?
