Adolescent - November 2006

im 15 years old alot of people count on me my 26 year old sister come to me for advice about her 3 year old son and her ex and guys she dates. my friends also come to me for various things i have alot of problems of my own i cant take it at home anymore ive thought about suicide but i have to many people here to leave ive thought of running away but i dont have aywhere to go what should i do? ive tried talking to someone including my counselor at school but she says i need to go to a regulsr counselor and she even called my parents and told them but they didnt do anything. my step mom forbided me to talk to my boyfriend but i still do i love him too much to let her come between us. hes 17 and she forbided me because he cuses but i do too and not bc of him ive cussed since b4 i met him and i wounder if they knew i cuse if they would hate me as much as they hate him. i often find my stepmom listening to mine and my 26 year old sisters phone calls but anyway what should i do about him

if you all didnt read my other entry bout my ex she thnk she might be pregnant... and i made a horrible mistake we were dating 10 months and we were doing great didnt argue everything just came together... well july 28th i decided to leave and tell her i was goin to a weddin and i left and never came back i met sum gurl ovr the internet and got up n left the one i really loved and cared about. what should i do cause i want to be with my ex but she dont trust me now how can i let her know i will never hurt her again? they always say the grass is greener on the other side it isnt it aint. i lost everyone that i cared about and cared about me i screwed everyone cuz i got a wild hair up my ***. and she says if shes pregnant she dont want no help from me cause she dont trust me or want to see me cause i hurt her so bad, how can i get through to her shes my world or i wouldnt be back trying to be with her

I'm an adult. A girl I know for many years (not saying how bc I want this to stay annoyomous) told me she had sex with her boyfriend yesterday. I'm worried she isn't using proper protection and I don't feel comfortable knowing this information. I'm wondering if I should let her mom know? Awhile back her mom told me to tell anything that she might be up to that I feel is important for her to know. I think this is pretty important and it scares me that she doesn't think its a big deal. I don't want the girl to hate me but I think her mom needs to get her some protection. Condoms aren't the best...

My 14 year-old son is driving me crazy over this one "little" thing. I regularly find ball-point pens on his bedroom floor, on his expensive carpet. I guess they fall off his desk or out of his backpack and he's too lazy to pick them up. I'm worried that one day, the ink will leak and damage the carpet.

Do you leave pens on your carpet? Do you see this as a problem? If you were me, how would you handle it? I'm mostly venting, but am curious to see what kids think about this. Serious anwers only, please. :)

life's hard u know but why?I'm 25 and tired of living in the ghetto.My cousin was shot a couple a days ago and i loved him death.If i catch who did I'm kill 'em i've made it my buisness.My daddy still in jail got 7 years to and then he gon go back i kno he gon die there for sho.My ma a crackhead about ten minutes away i was left to raise my little sister by myself and she 15 her smile is so cute it causes violence and sometimes i wonder what she's up to.makes me worry.and we strugglin with the money.all friends is stuck here in the ghetto with me, their confused and caught up in gangs and drugs and such.But if life is so hard then what makes it worth the livin?i've lost to much and to many people for it to matter n-emore and thinking of dying.i need help i need advice.

My parents are super strict!! i hate it, I feel like I'm locked in a box and I cant go anywhere. Its sucks being me I just want to die. Ok well I'm 14 years old and a freshman in high school. I've never been to the mall or the movies or to a party. I'm the oldest out of 6 (yea, my parents are pretty busy) Ok I was invited to a drill team party (all girls) and my parents wouldn't let me go. I was invited to my friends quincernera and they wouldnt let me go.In 5th grade we got to go to Camp Grsy spruce, but my parents wouldnt let me go, I was teh only one that couldn't go. We're not allowed to go outside (unless to check the mail). I spend my weekends babysitting my sisters.I feel like a loser. Please help? What can I do? Parents, do you act like this with your kids? Advice, please I'm going crazy!!! I've started to rebel against them. I've already told them how I feel.
BTW I'm not a TOTAL loser I have friends and stuff.

My husband and I are pretty protective of our kids, they are both young teen girls 12 and 13.

Our youngest daughter asked if she can start having male friends call the house, she is a pretty friendly person and knows lots of kids, actully a particular male friend, she does not like him as a boyfriend but as a friend (that is what she says) My husband said absolutely NOT, and made a Pretty big deal about it.

She has been begging for a cell phone and a MY SPACE, she has neither, (but she did recently behind our back get help from kids at school on how to set up a MY SPACE without getting my permission, it is now closed)

What do you recommend as the best way to start allowing some freedom so they do not feel so smothered and resentment. I am just afraid that if I am too hard nose they will start to do things behind our back.

I appreciate your Parental suggestions. Thank you.

i really like my friend Cruz. i think he likes me also but i need to know exactly!

She has recently gotten together with a 21 yr old. I am not ok with this. So we have been having problems. I have never been one to yell or swear and she is too old to spank. In the last month she has drank three times. Also did not come home last night, but did call....what can I do...? Legally she is of consenting age....but his influence is taking her into areas she normally would not have gone. She is a straight a student, who does not normally question my rules...these days she questions them all. I love her very much and feel the 21 is definetly coming between us. How can I watch him use her and not make comments? She is getting pretty mad at me. Legally I am lost at where to go next with this. I have grounded and lowered the curfew and am trying my best to (not control) but still have rules for her. Now she says she can not stand my rules..(no drinking be home by curfew etc...) and wants to move out....she is only 14....

i am a popular girl and my friends can be so cruel to girls that arent are friends. i even find myself being mean sometimes! why can girls be so mean? i feel so bad! i mean you dont choose being popular. it just happens and i wouldnt say i would change it cause ive hung out w/ my friends since elementry and theyve always been so nice to me and were all really close but its not just us! you see it in all schools.

yesterday i was mowing my parents lawn and i found a dead rabbit that had been eaten by another animal. I took the rabbit inside and i put it in my mom's bed becuase we had gotten into a fight the night before. I'm 15 and I just don't get into hanging out with friends that much. Like, I have friends and I talk to them all the time on MSN and stuff, and I see them every week at church and sometimes I'll go to the movies or something like that but other than that I don't really get into doing stuff with them. I'm homeschooled so I don't see tons of people every day either. I like just hanging out at home.
