You could cut off a leg; that's probably a good 20 pounds, right?
If you know it is dangerous why in the world would you do it?
If you literally starve yourself you MAY accomplish the goal, but just realize that when you start eating again your body will hoard calories by storing everything it can get into fat. You starved it.... it wants to be prepared for the next time.
There is no better way to eff up your metabolism than to try to lose 20 pounds in a week and a half.

im not sure how much 20 pounds is, But eats lot of chicken salad, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, some cheese, carrot, whatever. Drink lots of water. Oh with the chicken just use pre cooked whole chicken, which is flavoured and makes the salad yummy. Go walking. This is what I did, I lost a fair bit of weight in a couple weeks.
Dont starve yourself because you can gain weight as yur body will eat itself or something like that.
Please dont starve yourself.
Eat healthy, excercise and sleep properly. Goodluck.
Once u lose the weight, keep eating healthy and excerise, Eat low ft yoghurts, more fruit. walk stairs, etc...

I doubt you could lose 20 pouns in a week. You could lose a good 5 - 7 pounds for a day or so if you sweat it out like a wrestler or a boxer before weigh in, but you'll put it back on as soon as you have something to eat or drink.

DO NOT LISTEN TO "PET LOVER"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you could end up bulimic okay your name is "volleyball chick"right so you must do sports...some of your weight has to do with your muscles and bones its not all fat...anyways you cant lose that much in 2 weeks..heres what i suggest..eat special k for breakfasts every day,fruit salad for lunch and salad for dinner...do not eat anything after 6 pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its bad to eat before going to sleep..also drink only water and dont starve yourself because when you go on a crash diet and then the minute you lose the weight from the crash diet you will start eating double what you ate before...
1:keep ypur diet healthy!
2:exercise
3:dont starve yourself
4:drink water
5:eat veggies
5:eat fruits...(like grapes!)
you will problably lose some weight in 2 weeks(about 7 pounds) just do this for about 2 months and you will look good...
ps:if you exercise and est healthy you dont have to wory about losing weight even if you weigh alot you will look toned and good...

Nothin but lypo but it's probably not an option. I don't recommend any crash diets. Even without eating at all, you would only lose 4-5 pounds of water weight at the most. Don't ruin your health for ANYTHING or ANYONE!

u shouldnt starve ur self not only could u mess up ur matabilism but u can also mess up ur eating habits i starved my self for a week and now i can barely eat and i ysed to eat pretty good til i starved myself. what u need to do is find a friend to ojog around ur neighborhood almost everyday thats what i do and it works u may not start losing weight right away but u will

Heck no girl. Nothing is worth you putting your health in jepordy like that over. It's impossible without hurting your body in return.
I'm sure you are beautiful even with the extra 20lbs. Give yourself a break and take your time with the right diet for you.

Well the best way to lose weight is to smoke weed and when you have that craving for food when you are high ignore it, dont think about it and keep yourself occupied.

i trully doubt that.. u can lose the amount of wait but not in that certain time period... sometimes it takes people to lose that amount of weight in months.. if u want to lose weight do it by exercising, eating healthy, and drinking lots of WATER!!! but don't take none of those pills or nothing .. instead just do it in a way in which it won't affect your health... also... don't think that by not eating you'll lose weight because you'll simply hurt your health... eat normal.. just cut it down on what you eat... eat healthy cut down on the junk food, avoid fast food, soda..and all that stuff..but lose weight the healthy and safe way!!!

Not a great idea....
I heard getting a body wrap helps temporarily take off weight if you are trying to squeeze into a dress or something....
Weight loss takes time and work, it is never easy.
