100 pounds for the first 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch after that is considered a healthy bmi (body mass index). If you are very active you might be under by about 5 to 10 pounds but no more. You could probably gain a few pounds. :-)

Your weight is fine, and yes you can weigh more if you work out. When I went through the Police Academy I lost about three inches off my waist but I gained twenty pounds.

http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx copy the link and check your BMI. I highly doubt your at an unhealthy weight. But the only way to know is to check your BMI and this calculator does the age too so if your a teen your not using an adult calculator. This will find the healthy weight for your height and age. Absolutely NOT..... If anything it is too little... It really depends on your bone structure... but even if you are big or small boned... it would be a little underweight....

it depends how you are proportioned...no boobs and all booty... or no booty and all boobs... or a little bit of both...??? i doubt you are fat because 106 Lbs is not a lot...AND 5'4 is short but not that short. if you DO think you are fat...black is a thinning color to wear and also...wear shoes with a slight heel...it evens you out.
