I have a 12 and 13 year old daughter one is about 5 ft 4 approx 140 and wears a sz 8.5 shoe
my 12 year old is 5 ft 1 weights 135 and wears a 8.5 shoe
but everyone is different, don't look for an average when I go to my kids junior high there are so many different size kids, because at 12 you are still changing, your body and all, so there is no average for basically 10-14 years old because everyone has different growing spurts, I have been told that girl will stop growing about 1 year after they start their period.

it depends on ur height! I dont know where the first person got that weight from!
Dont worry about "average". do u want to be average? plus, the average person is overweight.
This site will tell u what weight to be according to ur height. as far as shoe size? there is no way to calculate
