Pregnancy & Parenting - 1 January 2007

If we're 18, and tonight we just wanted to try and see what it was like 'natural', we had sex for about two minutes without a condom, then stopped and put one on. He didn't come at the biginning, only after about half an hour in the condom. Pretty much we're safe right? I know it was stupid to do, but we just tried it for a very short time, even though i know he had sperm that could've gotten in.


So what would my chances be to be pregnant?

My son is almost 11 months and I do everything the doctor says to prevent ear infections. (Cover his ears outside and in the bath, dont lay him flat to drink bottles, no one smokes around him etc.) He still has an almost constant ear infection. The antibiotics clear it up for a week or so but it always comes back and it seems like it never really goes away completely. My doctor said that tubes just cause more trouble than help, but my cousin says her son got them at 4 months and its worked perfect. Does anyone have a child that has/had tubes and would you recommend them? I would really appreciate any advice.

ok so i took like 5 pregnancy tests and they all came out negative can i still be pregnant??? i havent had my period since 10-16-07 and im usally regular ! and i spotted very lightly on 12-16 but that was it !! so do pregnancy test always read early or it does it just depend on the person !?? help.

i have been nursing for a little over a year now and i just want to give my baby some good milk. We eat very healthy and i drink soy most of the time. i just want to know if the brand STRAUS FAMILY ORGANIC whole milk is okay to give my baby. i already started weaning her of breast milk. Im just concerned because that milk tastes...i dont know.. funny??? i mean it comes with cream on the top. I mean if its better for you and baby of course, i will get use to it. its just sooooo different from "reg" milk. is there any down falls with this brand? (besides price?)

She is 13 and dating this guy whom is 16. He has tattoos,earrings and long hair. He somtimes wears in braids,down ior in a ponytail. I have had to go through everything on the computer to make sure she is not having any contact with him yet she is still sneaking out and hanging out on the streets. I have to drive everywhere to find her. Sometimes I do not and get extremely worried. I read her questions and she is wanting to have SEX OUTSIDE OF MARRIAGE. My husband who is a pastor has tried everything with her and sometimes he smells alchohol. She thinks we are only being control freaks or something but we just don't want to see her get hurt and she will not believe that. Me and my husband have always been strong Christians and I have been praying and praying and now she is saying she does not really believe in God same for her sisters.We searched her room and read her diary and apparently she has been spending the night at friends house including her boyfriends.

We live in Arizona and Feb is a semi-cold month for us here. We have done pizza places, parks, inflatable jumpy houses. We are looking for something new. Lately my daughter has been on a first-name kick. I'm now Tiff to her (what everyone calls me), her dad is James, my mom and mother-in-law are Cora and Kathy insteand of mammaw, My father-in-law and step dad are Don and Frank instead of Pappaw. The only two she doesn't do this to is her daddy's father and my dad. I've told her repeatedly that they are mammaw, pappaw and that I'm her mommy and james is her daddy. Could it be that she doesn't understand or that she is just trying my patience? Any help would be appreciated.

I like a dude, and he knows I like him. He won't tell anyone who he likes, even though he flirts with me but I guess I could be wrong and it is just a joke all the time. What I don't understand is that he used to tell me everything and now he tells me nothing. What should I do? We are friends, not best friends though, he would always tell me things that he wouldn't tell anyone else. I am confused about it all. What should I do? Ask him out, leave him alone, ask him why he is being secretive????

but he is always asking me ..."what time is it dad".....so i tell him some random number like 41 o'clock to satisfy him , and then my other 2 kids just crack up laughing because they know thats not the right time.........i used to go out of my way to give him the exact time....but now im just more interested in why he's always asking me the time.........maybe he thinks it's funny..... what do you think?

I love being an attachment parent,...... We sleep with our 15 month old in our bed, she still breastfeeds, we tend to her every need, we do not do the "cry it out", and she has turned out to be the most wonderful, outgoing, happy, easy going child.
Before she was born, I never heard of this concept before and it has worked amazingly for us.

I know they say babies all develop on their own time but I want to help her along. Some things I am interested in "getting her to do" that she is not yet doing include: rolling over...she goes to one side only, getting up on her arms (lifting chest), holding her own bottle (she tries! her hands are always on her bottle). I cant think of anything else, but whatever else an almost 4 month old baby can/should be doing will be helpful!!! ALSO...how do u play with her???? THANK YOU ALL!!

i went to the ER to have a pregnancy blood test done, and or ultrasound. I have 4 negative hpt's but ive been really lightheaded and fatigue all day, as well as really bloated and crampy...im thinkin the hpt's are neg, b/c i did have what i think was my period on dec19th for 3 days it was very light and more brown.....so i think about it that i can be preg, and i cant get into my OBGYN until JAN10TH!

Me and my fiancee picked a few names out, and afterwards we started to look at the names, and they stuck out. Kurt Cobain was heavy into heroin but we love him, and one of the names is pretty much Jack Daniels, one is a nickname for Marijuana, but that's all coincedental, these names came from our shared brains and hearts.

Also, I have been very moody and mean the past few weeks. I haven't had my period for this month either and I was supposed to start sometime in the middle of December. I don't have extremely regular periods, but I usually have one a month, just not at the same time of month. I just want to sleep so much. My husband and I don't want to get our hopes up and buy a test yet so I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight.

I should mention that though we are not rich he has all the toys and movies that he could ever want. I also just had a baby two 1/2 months ago which I beleive has made it significantly worse.

Please do not tell me consistency....I have OCD so I am more consistant than anyone.......that isnt working in this case

i am thirsty 24:7 and i always feel like i'm not getting enough liquids but i drink fluid constantly throughout the day and eat fairly small meals. i am 36 weeks and the only thing i've found to quench my thirst other than water is gatorade rain. is it safe to drink it? I've only been drinking it this week...but i've ben drinking mostly water and juice and gatorade rain when i feel like i have cotton mouth...is this okay??
