yes definatly! my first sign that i thought i could be pregnant was i was SO tired all of a sudden. i felt like i hadnt slept in days all the time, i could barely keep my eyes open sometimes and i still usually have to take a nap for a few hours during the day. my boyfriend and his friends still make fun of me cuz i sleep so much lol. its so weird, the only thing i can compare it to is if you have ever taken tylenol PM or nyquil, how your whole body feels tired and your sluggish, thats how i felt all the time, well still do actually lol. i would wait another week to test tho, just to make sure you have enough HCG to show up. sucks when you get a negative test because you didnt wait long enough lol. good luck!

Yes! I'm about 10 weeks pregnant right now and that was one of the first major signs I had! I would suggest to you to go right on ahead and get a pregnancy test to check! No harm could be done and you might just get something you've been wanting all along! Good luck!

Well it could defintely be a sign. But the only way to know for sure is to take a test, lol. If so, get used to the fatigue, it's gonna hang around a while. And, it's okay to get your hopes up, if it's negative, just keep on trying. Good luck to you!

My hsuband and i are going through the same thing! I know how it is to want to know but not want to test cause if you know then you might be sad. But i would wait a week and test again, in 1 week the hormone levels double so my gyno told me to never test more than once a week! I am not regular either, are there any other signs? Hunger, peeing alot, vivid dreams, night sweats...ect ect...Good luck!

Fatigue and sleepiness is probably the only symptom that everyone gets when they are pregnant. The other symptoms vary from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. Go get a test, this might be it.

Tiredness is definitely a sign of pregnancy. Go out and get a test. By now it should be able to tell you if you are pregnant or not. If it comes out negative, wait a week and take another. If still negative, then make an appt with your OBGYN.

During the first trimester, you're often very tired, very suddenly for no apparent reason. I don't just mean a little tired, but lie down on the sofa and sleep for an hour tired. It's your hormones kicking in and telling you someone else is using your energy. Get the test and check it out!!

Yes but it can also be a sign of mono, Epstein Barr disease (aka Chronic Fatigue) It could be a sing of some kind of infection in the internal organs such as a kidney infection or even an infection in the liver. I say if in doubt, go to the doctor.
