No, prenatal vitamins are to ensure that the pregnancy as well as the host (mother) remain in good health throughout the pregnancy, that is why they are called PRENATAL (the NATAL part meaning BIRTH)Vitamins and not "PRECONCEPTION" vitamins.

Nope, it just helps your body prepare fro pregnancy by giving it the vitamins and nutrients it needs. It does not affect your fertility in any way.
