My son is 10 1/2 months old now and ever since he could see far enough we've noticed he's been drawn to a cross we have in our kitchen. He just smiles so bright at it and often laughs like when we made goofy faces at him. He grabs for it when he's near it too. It freaks me out a little because I think he's seeing a ghost or something. Anyway, I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this with their kids? Thanks! :)

Did having a second child feel different? I love both my girls so much, but it seems like I have much more enjoyment in the beginning stages with my 2nd baby, let me explain. With my first daughter I was a young inexpierenced mother and was worried about everything! I seemed so hard to jusy enjoy being with the baby. Now that I have had expierence and am older, I can enjoy and relax my baby with more ease, hope you ladies understand what i mean by that....??? There is a 7 year gap between my girls. Please give me your personal expierences with having your second child and how it ws different. Thanks so much! God Bless all you great mother's out there!

She swallowed a SMALL marble...she didn't choke on it, I was trying to scoop it out of her mouth and I felt it go down her throat. Should I call the DR or do you think it's OK?

I was late starting my periods (I started when I was 16) and I am 37 now. People keep saying that if I want kids I should get pregnant now as it is getting too late for me to have kids safely and I have a higher risk of something hapening to me and the baby. Am I really getting too old??

I know some equate abortion to murder saying that killing a child is wrong. If denying life is wrong why isn't contraception banned? It does the same thing. Why should killing a convicted felon be more right than killing a child? Both are taking away a life, which is irreplaceable.

People that say that abortion is good or bad aren't realising that this is not a black or white subject. Good/Evil doesn't exist, it's all your perceptions.

Abortion can save a couple from having their potential careers ruined and poor finances challenged and it can also emotionally damage them for the rest of their lives. It might make them feel better that they took a life if they didn't want a child at all (as in NEVER in thier life) or wonder if a child could motivate them to work harder. Opinions people. Please don't criticise those that hold opinions/religions/ethics that don't corform to yours.

Anyway looking for responses.
