The pregnancy wheels that Gynaecologists have? One often finds them in baby magazines? They calculate your pregnancy sothat you know exactly what day you are due according to your cycle...blah blah blah - I hope someone knows what I am talking about?

ok, i know im old enough to know but i am still a little iffy on this. me and my current sweetie have had unprotected sex for a week now. (he doesnt smoke or drink or do drugs. i smoke cigerattes, drink every now and then. and I Dont do drugs) the last time i had my monthly is Sept. 6 to Sept. 12. is there a good chance that i might have become pregnant? i have checked the whole ovulation calenders and it says maybe but i want different opinions on this... please tell me what you think.

Would like some good ideas on presents for my 8 year old. She loves to read and I am getting her a bunch of books she likes, and she loves the Bratz dollz . . . But I'm tired of doing the same things. I'd like something fun, new, creative, etc. She's in that in between stage not quite the same 5 year old, but too young for makeup etc. She loves the Bratz but yet she's getting tired of them too. . . I should just take her shopping but I really want her to have something wrapped. Thanks!

My daughter just had her 8th birthday and asked to have a Halloween party as a bday party. Now I need some good ideas: Food, decorations, games type things. I'd like Halloween themed things. We're using vienna sausages in jars as fingers, noodles as guts in a skeleton etc. The party is at 4 so I'd like some dinner type Halloween food, not just pizza. The more the better, simpler the better too as I have 3 other kids at home too. Please help. . .

My baby keeps me up all night. He doesnt sleep. It looks something like this. Around midnight, baby would wake up wanting to eat. I feed him. He falls asleep and unlatches himself. If i try to move him, even slightly, he would wake up crying wanting to eat some more. I feed him again, within a few minutes he's sleeping again and unlatches himself. and it keeps going on until 8 am. Feeding a little bit everytime. He doesnt sleep!! Is this normal? In the morning though, he sleeps most of the day and wakes up for feedings every few hours. Feeds and sleeps. It just at night that he doesnt sleep. Am i doing something wrong?

She has always been a "nibbler". She'll drink for about 10 min, then either fall asleep or pull away and not want it anymore. Cuz of this, she usually gets hungry within 1-2 hours. But lately in the evenings, she shows the hunger signs like 1/2 hour after the last feeding. So today after she fed on both side for 20 min (combined), I pumped for 10 min and barely got any milk. How long and how frequently should a 3 mon be breastfeeding?

I gave my son the recommended dose of children's Motrin which is two and a half tablets. I gave this to him after dinner so he didn't take them on an empty stomach, know a few hours later he is complaining of being dizzy. Has any one else given their child Motrin and had this effect from it. He is ten and the bottle said to give him two and a half tablets.

He cut open his finger earlier today and about fainted when he saw what it looked like and he got really sick from the sight of it he is not one for blood or needles. Could his dizzyness also be from the docs numbing his finger and the numbing wearing off? He isn't complaning of any pain.

I am new to this he has gone ten years with out getting seriously hurt.

doesn't that mean i am in my sixth month? 4x5=20. i know that you're really pregnant for more like 9 and a half to 10 months...are they just averaging that in and trying to make it only 9 months for us? very confused. at 20 weeks i can see saying i AM 5 months pregnant, but aren't i IN my sixth month???

It gets worse when I walk, change positions, move around, etc. I'm going to call the MD today about it, but I was wanting some opinions about this pain and whether or not others have had it.... I would describe it as a constant, dull ache that worsens when I move or walk. Any thoughts?

my son is 3 years old me him and my boyfriend and his 4 year old daughter have lived together now for about 8 months. my son used to listen so well to me and be so sweet but for the last 3 months he does nothing but cry and whine and yell an hit, he is constintly teasing my bfs daughter and yelling at her an trying to hit her, same thing with me i dont know what to do anymore im so frustrated. the 4 year old isnt inncoent either and she often encourages it but its still not right for him to act this way. ive tried sitting him in the corner it doesnt work, he jus plays if i send him to his room. ive tried to talk to him and it ends with a im sorry mommy and a kiss an he goes and does it again... is this just a normal stage of a 3 year old little boy? and how can i controll him better or make him stop?? advice? what works or doesnt work for you?

My son is 8 weeks old and always gets the hiccups even though I burp him after eating. I"ve tried Gripe water but I think he is ammuned to it now. I gave him a bit of water and that seemed to stop them. Is it ok?
Is it also ok to give him water in between meal times? He always seems to want to eat.
