I've not used the child essence, but I have used the female essence in the past and that seemed to work for me.

My local health-food shop sell it, and they gave me lots of advice, including the information that you can get the same sort of thing for dogs and cats which also seem to work, which would put at rest the minds of any doubters who think it's just the placebo effect (where you expect something to work so it does)

It's important to actually talk to someone who knows what they're talking about before taking anything like this, as it may interfere with other medication or there may be complications for other reasons. If you're going to try it, please buy it from a reputable seller with a good reputation in the health food and herbval industries. They should be able to show you their book in whihc they have all the information and questions they have to ask before selling herbal remedies like that.

i've heard of a med called child essence that promotes a feeling of well-being for nervous children and its suppose to help with bed wetting and poor sleep patterns.
i don't know if it works though! are you wondering for yourself or your child?

I have only had Rescue Remedy, same thing really, you put droplets on your tongue when anxious, and yes, that worked.
