when i going to sleep or lie down, my stomach will feel pain that i cannot imagine, sometimes i cannot sleep WHY?

I am unaware how fwr along you are, but here is a guess. If your belly does not have support, it will cause pain. Here is my suggestion. For atarters, lay on your left side. That will help with any heartburn issues. Use a pillow for your head, one between your knees for support, one under your belly for support, and if you have another, put it behind you for support backwards. That always helped me.

im not sure but i would talk to your doctor about this it might be nothing serious but just to make sure.
