My cousin is 8 years old and he talks back to his mom almost all the time. His mom asks me to try to talk to him and make him better but he doesn't listen. He'll be nice for maybe 15 minutes and then he'll talk back. He always says, "so" "whatever" and "i don't care" and he swears too.

My daughter is two and four months. She has a great understanding of going to the potty but she only goes in the potty when I let her run around in the buff. When she goes, she gets some kind of treat (a sugar free candy or a sticker). How do I get her to let me know when she has to go so that we can complete the potty training process and start her wearing clothes again?!

We have an 11 yr old boy and 5 yr old boy. For the biggest part of the day it seems that we are referrees, and the bell rings at 7am and the match usually isn't over until 9pm. The 11 yr old is too rough on the 5 yr old and the 5yr old always wants what the 11 yr old has. Sometimes, they manage a good day but the occasion is rare. We always try to do 1:1, and we have family activity nite at least 3 times a week. So it's not like they don't get the attention. Sometimes there is just too much hollering and screaming between the two, they r sent to their rooms, but that don't last long. Do we have all of this until they r 18 or is there something else we can try? any suggestions would help.

Hi, I am new to this yahoo answers/questions. I was just browsing some resolved questions and I saw a lot of abortion questions. I was reading an answer that was like an essay that a woman wrote supporting abortion and she had a second trimester abortion and said no big deal. If people saw the photos of aborted fetuses would they change their mind? When I was 17 weeks pregnant I was in a car accident and lost my son. I named him Daniel Patrick and the nurses put him in a blanket and I held him and held him. We buried him next to my mom and we dressed him in a tiny preemie sailor suit as my husband was in the navy at the time. How can people say it is just a piece of flesh with no feeling. He was a beautiful human being, not just a nothing. He was a real little person. How can they say it does not matter and only the mother matters. Why do they have no rights?

Ok, my friend has been having unprotected sex with a 34yr old woman, and he is 21. He claims that she told him that she couldnt get pregnant because of her age and her bad heart condition, so he doesnt use protection and he doesnt pull out. Its been going on for about 6 months now and so far, she has not got pregnant. Again she is 34yrs old with a bad heart condition, plus she is a heavy smoker. Is age a factor in fertility, or is he just lucking out so far? Because surely she would be pregnant after 6 months of unprotected sex.

I first of all WOULD NOT drink or smoke knowing I was pregnant

BUT I just took the test (positive) and have been pregnant for 11-12 weeks (I think but havent been to doc yet) by my calendar that should be pretty accurate. I did however drink beer only (6-12 a night, 2-3 nights a week) and smoke lightly 3-10 a day for the first 9 weeks that I didnt know.

Now for me being so early on in the pregnancy is it possible that I have caused any harm?
I am NOT drinking or smoking now.
From people I have talked to they say I have nothing to worry about because it is too early. (are they just saying that to make me feel better?)

Also I have been noticing slight-mild cramping..is it possible to cause harm from beer and cigs so early on?
