i imagine your at a sturdy weight in the present day easily, slightly lower than weight likely too. it easily relies upon on the man and metabolism. i'm 4'eleven (definite i'm honestly a midget :P ) and that i weight ninety seven to ninety 8 pounds depending after I weigh in the day or nighttime. do not even problem about replacing your weight! you do not wanna be a twiggy lady, reason i have been informed mby many adult adult males "Eww, ok thats gross that women so skinny!" and they'll even remark how they have were given no curves, boobs or bum :p So, you do not wanna lose that! in the journey that your fairly in touch of your weight, basically devour healthful pr basically set a weight you do not wanna bypass, and in case you bypass that weight, do slightly excersise. to lose decrease backpedal lower than that reduce. i might want to assert getting to 107-100 and ten might want to be eanough, do not attempt to lose that a lot weight so your 105ish. And remember, ravenous your self or weight-reduction plan severe wont help ebcause your body will save fat reason its going right into a panic form of mode. do not problem about it even with the undeniable fact that! in case you seem in the replicate and would't see that your fat bodily (no longer because of a scale) then you arent fat. To me its more desirable how i look no longer what a dumb scale tells me!

5 ft=100lbs. and you add 5/in. so 130 but u r 13 and there are more things to worry about than just weight you still have more time to grow so unless you are having health issues because of the weight you shouldn't worry about it

115, she is young so she should be a bit more on the slender side. Unless she is very athletic which then muscles weigh more than fat so about 120-130.

According to my daughter's pediatric endocrinologist, there are a ton of factors ... your bone size, your parent's height, age, etc.

He used a chart that combined all of these factors to determine her ideal weight. FYI, she is 11 years old, 5'2" and should be 105 lbs.
