the best eye makeup is the MAC pigments...a tiny bit goes a long way and you can mix them to make your own colors...go on ebay and you can buy different colors of 1 ounce jars for like 2 dollars and they last a long time!!!!

There is no "perfect brand" and every girl will tell you something different. I don't know how taking these suggestions will be anything different than trying new makeup. I think you need to ask people who know your personality, the activities you do, what kind of makeup you're looking for, and how much time you have to dedicate to it every day. I can tell you that I personally take about a half-hour and go to WalMart and look at different brands and pick the ones that are good value and pretty, but you really have to give more information. Get a friend to help you.

I used to wear clinique alot, but now I use bare minerals. It's powdery, and has spf15 and vitamins in it.
It's a bit more expensive at first (around 40 or 50 bucks), but they send you more makeup every two months...and it's only 20 bucks for each new shipment.
I absolutely love it. Plus, it doesn't look like you're wearing makeup.

I use clinique its more expensive but really great coverage and if it says it stays on all day it does.They have several different kinds with sun screen or when you work out and sweat it will stay.Light coverage like your wearing nothing.check out their website its great they have a line of face cleanser its awesome too.

Bare minerals for foundation and face powder...it makes your face look picture perfect and natural.
also dior is good for eyeshadow and liner etc...

definantly clinique. thats what i use. and it works great. u should try it. its a little more expensive but u get ur moneys worth.
