Well I was 18 with a son and wanted another one as well. I think all mothers just like their kids a lot and want more. My only advice to you is too just wait until you are settled go to college get a good life for you and your son before you have anymore! Believe me I am telling you the truth. It was hard for me to get through college with him. I couldn't imagine getting through it with 2 of them. Plus you dont have anything right now for these kids. So remember that you are young and one day you will have more! I am 26 and now my second one is on the way. Plus I am married so this kid will not have to go through what my first son has to without his dad. BECAUSE THEY NEVER STICK AROUND!!!!!

If you smoke on the pill it does not make your pill not work. It will give you a chance of developing blood clots. (you dont want these they can kill you!) You can get pregnant on the pill but I would be careful about trying while on the pill because your baby could have major defects when it comes out! Is this a pill that you just started sometimes the pill you take can make you sick and feel pregnant. Also wishful thinking about being pregnant can also make you feel pregnant sometimes.

Stop thinking about stay on the pill and your next kid will come when it is RIGHT! Please listen to my words i telling you this from experience!

Yes, smoking can reduce the affect of the pill. I have a daughter and definitely want another child so I can relate to that. She's 19 months and I want to wait a couple of years so that way she is potty-trained, talking and able to understand and help me with the next baby. Of course, you should take a pregnancy test and quit smoking until you know for sure. Moving could also be affecting you. Good luck!

Yes you are crazy! Do you work? Are you married? You are very young enjoy your son you have and enjoy your youth. You have plenty of time for 2,3 or 4 more. If you are not feeling well you need to see a doctor they are going to be the only ones who can help you out. Smoking has no effect on your pill but it does have one on your heart and blood pressure. The mixture of the pill and smoking that is. Have you finished high school? If not finish (GED), further your education. Trust me my sister quit school got married very young and had 3 kids. She is a waitress making $7.00 an hour and can not pay her bills. You need to better yourself for your children because you can not always depend on a man being around to take care of you. Your children will look up to you more if you take care of yourself. Take care and I hope everything works out for you.

I am not sure if smoking reduces the chance of conception, but smoking dose put you at a greater risk for heart/blood vessel disease while you're on pills. I think the best way to do it is stop the pills first, and stop smoking of course, then have a beautiful, wonderful, adorable baby.

The only way you could know for sure is to take a test...I don't think smoking reduces the effectiveness of the pill but it could contribute to high blood pressure.

And if it's positive...please consider quitting? Best of luck!

wow... this isn't a put down, but you aren't supposed to be smoking if you are on the pill. STOP SMOKING! it's advice, not a put down. get your body prepared if you want another baby. cleanse yourself. start taking prenatal pills. and definitely get a blood test to make sure you aren't pregnant and taking birth control at the same time. if you are pregnant, stop taking the birth control and stop smoking immediately!

I have a gorgeous baby boy, also.
Don't worry, smoking isn't as bad as people make it seem to be. I smoked during my pregnancy and my son couldn't be healthier.

You're not crazy for wanting another baby boy seeing as they are so precious, loving, loveable, and CUTE, but you are a little bit too young to be having kids or wanting more, for that matter.

You are still a kid yourself! Wait a little bit to grow up.

Good luck.
