My friend told me she was six weeks late for her period, went to the doc who said she did have a uterus 6-8 week enlarged size (but that can happen from a lot of things) and that she was not pregnant. Then she asked me how would you really know if you miscarried, and i was like, um it would be obvious, you would have lots of bleeding, lots of cramping and she said that is just a normal period for her, so how would she really know. So I think she thinks she had a miscarriage and doesn't want to talk about it, but I thought you had to go to the hospital for that kind of thing... I was just trying to give her encouraging words, but am I wrong, i thoght it was obvious? Thank you. It's sad!

One of my best friends since like the second grade basically hates all my other friends except 1. He has told me he hates them, especally the guy i like. He is my oldest friend and i know him the most, i have other friends but he refuses to be friends with them or accept them, they are willing to accept him but he just wont. It has caused me so much drama, and i tried to stop being friends with my oldest friend but i just couldnt stay away from him, he and i are too good of friends. He has other friends too, and i dont especally like them but i accept them and tolerate him so that he isnt in the same position i am in with him. I have asked him to just accept them and tolerate them, he said he would try but so far i havent seen much effort. What should i do?

I'm 37 wks, 1 cm dilated, and the baby already weighs 7 lbs 9 oz and is in the 97th percentile of his age group. I've heard orgasm, which I;ve tried. I just heard of using a breast pump, does this work?

my son is 6 months old and seem's to always be hungry for milk. i have tried him on "food", home blended, powdered, and jared, non of which he seem's to like. the only thing i can get him to have is rusk. which he has for breakfast, the rest of the day he wont entertain food, he just seems to want his bottle all the time. i breast fed him for the first three months but he was too greedy, so was advised to put him on formula by my health visitor, but this isn't working he's having between 7 and 8 ounces ever 2 hours, my other 2 wasn't this greedy, they seemed more text book! its costing a fortune buying formula, as he wont entertain food. would cow's milk harm him in anyway if he was to have maybe one bottle a day to start with? he also wont entertain water or juice. anyone with any advice?

What happens if you notice an eggwhite stretchy CM quite offten? I check everyday and sometimes I have stretchy cm right after my period(as in a day or two), during the two weeks after, and sometimes right before. Naturally it is hard for me to know when I'm ovulating because of this. Is this normal that my CM would be like this so often?

I am not sure if I am expereincing implantion bleeding or not. I check my cervix as it says to in Taking Charge of Your Fertitily, & when I checked last night it was like a very faint pinkish color & today when I checked it was a very faint brownish color. There is not a lot of it & it doesn't show up when I wipe just if I check my cervix. I had sex on Aug. 2nd, & was ovulating around that time. Would it be too soon for it to be implantion bleeding? My period is not due until the end of next week, sometime between the 15th-17th. What do you think? Also if it would be implantion bleeding do you think it would show up if I took a pregnancy test? Or would it be too soon to test? The only other thing I am feeling is a slight cramping, nothing painful. (kinda like light peroid cramps) My cycle is usually 32 days and my last period was on July 15th. Please try to answer all my questions. Thank you for your time! My hubby and I have been TTC for sometime now.

my daughter is starting kindergarten in a week. she had a evaluation over the summer couse they think she's not where she should be in her learning skills, so they are giving her a few hours a week in special ed. i'm scared to send her to school by herself and ride the bus. do they make sure she's gonna get on the right bus? and get off at the right place. she gets side tracked easily and she might not pay attention where she's at. and if i take her and pick her up do i have to go in and get her and take her in or do they bring her out? i'm new to this and i just don't know what to expect.

my sis just had a baby a few days ago and now i want to have a child! i have always wanted children and have been ready to have children for the past year - but i wanted to wait until i was married! well i am engaged and getting married in a few months, but since seeing her baby I feel like i am ready to have a child myself! i thought i was ready over the past year now i feel this strong urge and joy to want to have one! is this normal? and no i am not jealous of her new baby or anything - i love him to death and i am SO HAPPY!!!!! is this just the excitement of having a new baby around making me feel this way or what? and should i try to have a baby soon?

I have a wedding to go to tomorrow night, and will be gone for approximately 8 hrs or so. I have been breastfeeding my daughter since birth, and she refuses to take anything but breastmilk. I have tried every stinking formula out there but she just spits it back out and refuses to take it. I cant pump, no idea why, but I can try pumping for two hours straight and I am lucky if I get 2 ozs out of my breasts. She will be a year old next month, and was wondering if giving her regular milk just for one or two feedings tomorrow would cause a prob....if she likes it anyway..she might not. Thanks for your advice.

I am totally in love with the name Bryant, but my husband thinks everyone will think his name is Bryan and end up calling him that. I don’t want my son to have to go life saying my name is Bryant...with a “T”. What do you think? I am thinking maybe Bryant would make a better middle name. If you think it would make a better middle name than first name, what first name would you put with it?
