I'm 15wks and am on amoxicillan and have developed a yeast infection. just wondering if anyone out there have experienced this aswell?

Antibiodics are good for clearing up infections,but unfortuntaly they are also good for giving women yeast infections.I remember once during pregnancy i had bladder infection,went to my dr and he prescribed me antibiodics and sure enough after several days of taking them i developed a freakin yeast infection.So had to get some suppositories to clear up the yeast infection.That is why i dont like taking antibiodics,yeast infections.

I have experienced this, and cured them. Be sure to be seen by your OB to evaluate it, and take the med as prescribed. This is very common, especially during pregnancy, when your hormonal balance is in flux. You will do fine.
