We like names that are different but not weird. We have picked out a few and so far it's pretty much 50/50 on opinions because half the people we know like them and half don't so we've turned to here and hopefully we can decide on a name! Here are a few of the names we've thought about using...let us know what you think! Thanks! (remember to be honest...no candy coating your answers if you truly don't like the names)

Girls- Audrey, Eila (I-Luh), Celeste, Albany, Rowan

Boys- Judah, Gavin, Lennon, Reese, Vinny

I'm 9 months 1 week pregnant and I need to get my ring off before I have to go to the hospital. Is there a way to make the swelling go down in my finger so I can get my ring off? I should have taken it off a long time ago but never really thought about it. I thought maybe putting it in cold water would help but I cant think of anything else that might do the trick. Any ideas?

I am a few weeks late, but I am also stressed due to a move 6 months ago! I took a home test, 2 negative and one positive. The positive test came up in less thatn 30 sec, and the negatives took the full 3 minutes. My tailbone hurts very very bad, but my breasts don't. I have gained a little weight though. I also have alot of clear discharge, so I think that I have started, and when I check, nothing!! I used a digital test(Clear Blue digital) and I hear that they are pretty reliable. I just don't know!

my little boy is 2 1/2, hes just started this thing, whenever i ask him something or just say something to him he says "huh?" like he doesnt understand, no matter how many times i repeat myself he does this. just curious if all kids do this at this age.

What do you think of going from sleeping during the night (like a normal person) to switching to sleeping during the day and being up at night during pregnancy? I've been told that it should be fine but I'm worried.

My friend had twins with his girlfriend when they were 18. He signed off custody then because he didn't know what else to do (they were very premature also and his parents were not available to help.) He was in their lives for a few years, and has visitation rights, also pays support, but the mom took off years ago and doesn't keep in touch. They are now teenagers and he wants to find them but is afraid they have been told negative things about him. Is he a bad father for waiting this long?

i have been with my boyfriend for two years and been living with him, and the two kids that he has primary custody of, for a year and a half. the kids mom walked out on the kids when the girl was 3 and the boy was 1 1/2 monthes old. now she is pregnant with another mans baby. the girl has been calling me mommy for over a year now and the boy has been calling me mommy for about 9 monthes. im the only mother that these kids do. im involed in the girls school. i love beening in their lives and enjoy them calling me mom because it makes them happy. now the problem is she wants to be more involed in their lives now that she knows they both call me mom. when they go and visit her every other weekend she tells me that they arent allowed to call me mommy and say i love you to me. she called my boyfriend last weekend when she had them and told him she didnt apprieate them calling me mom. he told her that i have been the only mom they have ever know. what is her deal. and what do i do about it?

I got off birth control pills after my last period. My prescription ran out. My boyfriend and i have been using th withdrawal method. My period was supposed to start on 6/14/06. I still have not gotten it. I bled a small amount for like 30 minutes on that day. I have taken a pregnancy test every morning since i missed my period. they are ALL NEGATIVE. I have bought the early detection tests too. Could I still be pregnant?

i am 1 month overdue my period and have done several tests half of which came up posotive. so i went to my doctor and he said my test was negative.. i live in ireland and they only do urine tests they dont do blood as our health service is really bad.. so am i pregnant or are the tests just giving me a false result.. i have not been taken any medication that could give me a false result.. i usually have a normal 28 day cycle i have never been this late!!

My daughter's daycare tells me that the past two days she has started to shake if something little happens, like her ice cream cone drips. She's been at her dad's house since Friday night. They are wondering if she gets yelled at when at his house and she spills something. How can I know? Her dad wouldn't tell me if it was the case.
