We like names that are different but not weird. We have picked out a few and so far it's pretty much 50/50 on opinions because half the people we know like them and half don't so we've turned to here and hopefully we can decide on a name! Here are a few of the names we've thought about using...let us know what you think! Thanks! (remember to be honest...no candy coating your answers if you truly don't like the names)
Girls- Audrey, Eila (I-Luh), Celeste, Albany, Rowan
Boys- Judah, Gavin, Lennon, Reese, Vinny

It's funny because a few days ago there was an old lady on a rerun of family feud named Eila...I just thought it was so pretty and it's been in my head ever since :)

Vinny would be used as a nickname only...we'd have to find a name to use it with like Vince or Vincent

Audrey and Judah are wonderful names. But that's my opinion. Just think of it this way. When you choose a name make sure what you can see them as being professionally with that name, what kind of person you will be if you have that for a name, and how others will look at him/her with that name. Before you name you child and you wish you didn't.

Audrey and Celeste are absolutely beautiful. I don't like Albany or Rowan...Albany is the name of a town in GA and Rowan is a little too trendy for my liking. Eila...hmm. Sounds like a little old German grandmother. Sweet. :)
Judah and Gavin ROCK! Although Judah was a bad dude. Gavin...reminds me of Gavin Rossdale from Bush, and I honstly haven't felt the same about him since he married that bleached blonde, bright hooker-red lipstick wearing thing. LOL (J/K..I like Gwen Stefani, but I was depressed when they got married. I used to have the BIGGEST crush on him. :)) I still like the name Gavin though. Lennon...no. I don't know why really...I just don't think it's a good first name for anyone. Reese, too girly. (i.e. Reese Witherspoon) Vinny? Only if you're Italian and part of the Mafia. :)

Something versatile, Audrey is good. It can be playful and comfy, or it can be dressed up when she gets older to be more professional. I like Eila but it's kinda hard to spell and people get confused, I mean just now you had to tell us how it sounds. Celeste same thing only that wouldn't be as bad. c-e-l-e-s-t-e kinda has a ring to it when she tells people the spelling, plus if anyone has seen the name before it usually doesn't have any alternate spellings so once they get to know her they won't forget. Rowan sounds...harsh?
Judah is good. It has that classical sound but still works today. Gavin and Lennon okay, they are simple but still different, yes. Reese and Vinny I don't like.

I LOVE Audrey & Reese. Eila, might be hard to pronounce in school (for teachers) and other places. The other 3 are ok. Gavin I also like a lot, and Judah & Lennon are alright, but Vinny..........I'm not so sure about. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

I love Audrey and Eila - both pretty and unique. I don't so much like Rowan because it reminds me of Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean).
I love Lennon - what a great way to pay tribute to John Lennon! (don't be angry if I steal that one!) And I love Reese, but with Reese Witherspoon being so big, people will confuse him for a girl. And, Vinny sounds too mafia - or like the best friend on Doogie Howser...
Hope this helps!

My daughter is 9 months old and we named her Celeste- I love that name.
I like Eila too- you could try spelling it Eilah?
And Audrey is cute too.
I prefer Gavin or Reese for a boy- honestly I don't like the other boys names you have picked. I'm more of a traditionalist on boys' names- my son is named James.
