I suspect that Rudy Giuliani is because the liberal media seems to be doing everything possible to prevent him from receiving the Republican nomination. They seldom ever mention the fact that he sent members of the mafia to prison when he worked as a federal prosecutor in New York. Which of the three do you believe will be less likely to increase the amount of federal income taxes that you pay each year?

that do not consider themselves to be very religious or at least their political views aren't influenced by their religious views? And consider the moral social issues (abortion, gay marriage) to have little to no importance or relevance in politics?

Personally I could care less about those issues, and I don't think it's really any of the presidents or the federal governments business. I think it's wrong for both the religious right and the secular left to invoke the federal government to enact their views (unconstitutional to leave it up to the federal government to decide for all states weather abortion should be legal or illegal.) Decisions like this, should be left up to the individual states to decide for themselves. Just like our federalist system of government is suppose to work. Imo, these issues shouldn't even have an impact on presidential candidates, but I guess that's just me.

Why have so many people lost sight of federalism?

Why do liberals think it is OK to abort an 8 month old baby (late term abortion) that could obviously survive outside the womb?

Isn't this essentially murder? If so, how can liberals morally justify this?

Wed., Dec. 26, 2007
NEW YORK - U.S. home prices fell in October for the 10th consecutive month, posting their largest drop since early 1991, according to a key index released Wednesday.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22397888/

Considering these are the markets that home prices doubled in a three to five year period. The outrageous prices led to the outrageous lending/borrowing practices. I personally have been hoping for a correction in the over inflated market areas.

Do you agree or disagree and why?

then shouldn't you be against abortion for any reason...rape, incest, health of the mother?

If you start agreeing to abortion for certain reasons, aren't you agreeing to murder the unborn child? So shouldn't people either be for abortion or against it, with no exceptions?

THE KENNEBUNKPORT WARNING

To the American people, and to peace loving individuals everywhere:

Massive evidence has come to our attention which shows that the backers, controllers, and allies of Vice President Dick Cheney are determined to orchestrate and manufacture a new 9/11 terror incident, and/or a new Gulf of Tonkin war provocation over the coming weeks and months. Such events would be used by the Bush administration as a pretext for launching an aggressive war against Iran, quite possibly with nuclear weapons, and for imposing a regime of martial law here in the United States. We call on the House of Representatives to proceed immediately to the impeachment of Cheney, as an urgent measure for avoiding a wider and more catastrophic war. Once impeachment has begun, it will be easier for loyal and patriotic military officers to refuse illegal orders coming from the Cheney faction. We solemnly warn the people of the world that any terrorist attack with weapons of mass destructO

Mitt Romney has been accused of flip-flopping by every one of his opponents, including McCain, and he has owned up to it every time.

But what of McCain's flip-flopping? When Romney points out that McCain used to be for allowing illegal immigrants to remain in this country and against the Bush tax cuts, but has changed position on each in the last month or so, what did McCain have to say about it? That Romney's claims were "flailing and false attacks".

So, what part of Romney's statements were false; that McCain voted for a bill to allow illegals to remain; that he opposed the Bush tax cuts; or that he's changed his position?

And don't give me a "Romney's an idiot" answer. How is McCain not a flip-flopper on these issues?

If so, can you tell me why variations in the Sun aren't considered?
Or why they thought there was going to be an Ice Age in the mid 70s?
Or why, since we cooled from the 40s to the 70s and then warmed from the 70s until today, you don't think we are about to start cooling again?
How about, why has Mars warmed up also?

Do you know that computer models are only as good as the data we put in them? And that without accurate weather data they drift toward cooling or heating up?

I know most of you are smart people so I would like to know how it is that you ingore things like this and instead listen to certain people without questioning them?
