decorated American war hero who saved the lives of thousands of Americans by his actions in combat, is fully qualified to run for the Presidency and do the job right?

WASHINGTON, DC - November 30 - Green Party leaders called on President Bush to cancel an order directing the CIA to interfere with a December 2 voters' referendum in Venezuela and to cease actions intended to stabilize the Chavez government.

"President Chavez and the people of Venezuela are not America's enemy. We demand that the White House respect the sovereignty of other countries and the democratic will of the Venezuelan people, who have repeatedly affirmed their support for President Chavez and his policies," said Jill Bussiere, Wisconsin representative to the Green Party's International Committee.
"The memo describes secret US-supported actions against the Chavez government that constitute acts of war against a nation at peace with the US. These operations are consistent with other US acts of aggression against Venezuela, including the failed 2002 coup attempt, to which the Bush Administration lent active support," Ms. Bussiere added.

I don't understand how the people on here and on FOX who use these kinds of tactics can't see that it's their own representatives who have and will in the '08 election cost them the control they had.

For those of you who are too unstable to look up the link, the poll revealed that 58% of Republicans polled considered themselves to be in excellent mental health, as opposed to 38% of Democrats and 48% of Independants. The self-help solution is pretty obvious.

A British woman got punished for naming a teddy bear "Muhammad." Now, it's my turn.

Liberals, I want to hear your criticisms of the Sudanese government and Islamonazis.

I am talking about the really awful political pundits in the wee hours of the morning and late at night.

Most of them are on AM stations but also the internet and sometimes FM.

Both the liberal and conservative ones are really awful...

I could do a much better Liberal show than the ones I've heard (which consist mostly of uninformed Atheists refuting a book that they've never read).

The conservative shows are just as mind-numbing... maybe a little angrier but still dumb.

How do I get air time?
Do I pay for it?
Do I get sponsors?

Most of these crackpots shouldn't have advertisers but they do!

I have no position on the abortion issue, except that I think it should always be legal for rape and health related cases.

I just wanna know why ProChoicers think it its wrong for someone who is ProLife to vote ONLY on the abortion issue, while organizations like Planned Parenthood and NARAL are making this issue a single voting issue and ignoring the much bigger issues?

Maybe because the "Surge" hasn't really worked? But then again so many in the Govt. & Media are saying that it has worked? But what does "worked" mean? Victory for the US in Iraq? Obviously not because if the US was victorious most US troops would be coming home ASAP & Bush would be planning parades all over Washington/NYC.

But then again does anyone even follow the Iraq war anymore?

I get a kick out all of the Judeo-Christian platforming by conservatives and Republicans, for the most part, and how they think think this is something God wants?

Can they really believe God endorses war and killing?
Can anyone really truly believe that God told Bush to invade any other country?

If there is a hell like Christians believe, it sure is going to be full there!

The Sudanese anger is not totally due to naming a teddy bear Muhammed. Prophet Muhammed himself never said not to name anything after him.He wouldn’t care.
But those gestures of disrespect and degradation of the muslims’most respected religious symbol serve as reminders to muslims of the ongoing campaign against their religion and culture,it just adds up to :

1. Early Christian Crusades
2. Colonization

And in modern history,

3. the Wstern conspiracy with the Jews to carve out a country for the latter by slaughtering the whole muslim nation of Palestine for the last 60 years against the UN resolutions and voices of freedom all around the world.

So,it is not totally due to the Teddy Bear.

That teacher is an idiot,British people have been dispatched to spread the English language in muslim countries for years. They have a tradition of what to expect, how to respect other people's religions and habits.
Besides, she must have heard of the riot following the cartoons. She was supposed to be a good example of respect for her students.

All countries have laws that are expected to obey.Let us say,she speeds in her country-Britain and a cop chased her and fined her or sent her to jail, wouldnt it be ok or would her prime minister and people like you interneve to condemn the cop ?

Britain also has defamation laws where individuals and businesses are fined and sent to jail with no fuss, but defaming the most noble teacher of more than 1 billion people is fine with you.

Or how about this Iraqi women, why I dont see you defending them ?

Enough double standards !

Try to think about the thousands of innocent mulsims thrown in Guantanamo for no crime other than they happened to hold muslim names like mohamed in some of airports in the land of freedom, tolerance and loving god.

Romney has been ridiculing all the rivals that threaten him for the nomination. Since he thinks political attacks are fair game, why aren't they calling him out for his anti-freedom, anti-individual-rights stance of forcing people in his state to buy health insurance? Isn't that anti-American and anti-capitalism? In this county isn't our freedom to make choices about out own well-being the most important principle of our founders? Why has he escaped from this criticism?

Some people have bashed Walmart, and every other thing you can think of for hiring illegals except for......

The Heinz Corporation that probably has hundreds if not thousands of illegals picking produce for them in fields all over this company. Making John Kerry a very wealthy person.

Is this a double standard? or honest mistake?

I mean, if you make 6 figures or more a year... yeah... you might have reason to worry if a Democrat gets in office...

But normal people... who are all BELOW the actual middle class....

Do you really think we can take another Bush?

And if your argument is that the new Repubs will be better - compare their policies and campaign messages to Bush's... they are the same, right?

So, I really want to hear the reasoning from a real Republican... not someone who is going to shriek about the "end of days" if Hillary gets elected.
