I am talking about the really awful political pundits in the wee hours of the morning and late at night.
Most of them are on AM stations but also the internet and sometimes FM.
Both the liberal and conservative ones are really awful...
I could do a much better Liberal show than the ones I've heard (which consist mostly of uninformed Atheists refuting a book that they've never read).
The conservative shows are just as mind-numbing... maybe a little angrier but still dumb.
How do I get air time?
Do I pay for it?
Do I get sponsors?
Most of these crackpots shouldn't have advertisers but they do!

Get an RTF degree. While in school intern or apply at your college radio station, start yakking...pretty simple. Build a fan base. Present your demo and listener response stats to the big dawg radio stations around the country, and boom...you're on air.

I think the best way to get a radio show is to set up a format with subject matter and everything and then take all that information to your local radio stations and pitch it. As for experience in Radio I don't know if you need it or not

Just saying that "they are dumb" tells me that you dont listen on a regular basis and therefore ill-equipped to comment on it.
I know for myself, conservative talk radio is VERY engaging but if you listen to the callers, there are also lots of liberals that listen to and call into the shows on a regular basis. Why? Because there are many ideas, principles, and things going on in conservative talk radio that are very engaging and whether you agree with the hosts interpretation or not, its still gets your blood pumping no matter who you are. but simply brushing it off as "dumb" either tells me that you dont care about the issues of our day, or that you simply havent put in the time studying it.
In my area they have Glenn Beck, Rush, and Sean Hannity on AM. I suggest you give one of them a real try.

I think these quacks start off as shut in college DJ's whose ideas are well marketed to other ignorant people thru various connections. Many fundie churches support Rush and led to his success. They either come from their audience or know how to recruit them well.

Oh I don't know, Stephanie Miller and her crew are pretty hilarious. I was laughing so hard at Jim Ward's impression of Rudy Giuliani the other day that I was in tears. Could you be more specific?

Ask God for the present of desire. keep in mind, "faith, desire and love"? a great number of sermons on faith and Love yet what approximately desire? you're empty of desire and into that void, devil whispers recommendations of killing your self to deprive the international of what ever it rather is God has positioned you in this earth to be and do for us. enable God fill that void with desire. Ask and you shall recieve.
