I'm Pro-choice and I don't think is wrong for any person doesn't matter their stance on abortion to only vote for that issue. I think a pro-lifer has every right to reject or accept a candidate based on their position on abortion. Is their right and is something deep to them because for them is a matter of life and death. Many see voting on one issue as wasting your vote but if is what the people want then they should be free to do it. I mostly guide myself on those issues but no so much. I'm a Ron Paul supporter and he is pro-life.

400 babies a minute worldwide. Murdered by doctors. Less than 8% are rape. Less than 2% affect the mother's health. It's still a child, and they include social life under health. That's not a big issue? They're scared about people being active against abortion. They call themselves prochoice, but they only want one choice. Abortion. They make loads of money, and don't want the mothers educated about other options such as adoption. People feel that this is the most important thing to be stopped. (FYI More women have died from abortions than if they'd had the baby.)
Hope I educated you while answering your question.

How does killing a baby help a rape or medical case?
They object to people using their religious convictions as a foundation for voting because of their own personal rejection of Biblical principle. Many people who uphold abortion have no idea what God has to say about it nor do they care. Many liberals are most happy and feel that the country is best served by people leaving religion out of anything they feel is important and that is sad.

If you vote on one issue alone, you are ignorant, especially if that one issue is abortion. Hot button topics like abortion and gay marriage will NEVER be resolved by lawmakers, there are too many potential voters on both sides of the issue for them to go anywhere near that.
Plus, if they do ban gay marriage and outlaw abortion, what are the Republicans going to talk about?

Each voter is entitled to vote as they choose. I'm not a "single issue" voter most of the time though I could make exceptions in extreme cases.
You're stereotyping when you imply that either group feels one way or another on that issue solely. I know Pro Lifers and Pro Choicers who are staunchly single issue voters and others who consider that issue but don't let it be the sole consideration. Personally I'm Pro Choice (and never forget that life IS a choice!) but could never vote for Rudy Giuliani because of his stance on other issues even though he is Pro Choice. It's about the only thing we agree on.

a million) Abortion is usually a decision. somebody owns it. The uncommon circumstances of abortion being a necessity are few and lots between... except you stumble on the main suitable professional. Like, shockingly sufficient, a doctor who factors abortions or a complicit and biased psychological well-being professional. 2) Abortion is delivery administration. you're finishing a being pregnant... for in spite of reason you would be able to desire to declare. 3) Infertile human beings (ladies).... don't have abortions (is how that assertion ends). 4) Disabilities shown on test... could be incorrect. Does the call Tim Tebow strike a chord? you realize what's unusual? I artwork in the psychological well-being field... heavily populated by using progressives who have self assurance abortion is a sacred cow. those are an identical people who with ease settle for (and take care of) investment for offering centers to (ask your self!) those with developmental disabilities. i assume all existence has cost... whilst it is your bread and butter. 5) economic issues: CONDOMS ARE unfastened. And, confident, i understand they are no longer fullproof. It purely seems abortion as delivery administration is ordinarily the respond to an preliminary loss of duty. and that i don't have self assurance the prevalent populatioin could desire to perpetuate a welfare state, yet eugenics isn't the respond. 6) documents: Margaret Sanger's conflict on the brown races has been particularly helpful. it is fairly shameful and that i do no longer care what psychological gymnastics you work together in, abortion proponents in the U.S. initially targetted human beings of shade and function succeeded in making blacks the main statistically services demographic to abort in the U.S. Now it is revolutionary! precise or incorrect, it is criminal. i think abortion is grotesque, notwithstanding it is a type of human behaviors you could't legislate or pray away. i don't have self assurance it is going to ever acquire public investment.... your determination, your bill. I even have self assurance the cut back off date could desire to be the age of viability. Infantacide could desire to by no skill be tolerated. An arbitrary timeline could desire to be set (say as much as 4 a million/2 months) and any action taken after that could desire to be taken care of as homicide... with the mum and all those in contact charged.

people can vote for whatever reasons they want. Prochoice people think it's wrong for all people to vote prolife, not just the ones who only vote liberal because of abortion.

I think ALL single-issue voters are wrong-headed -- with the possible exception of war and torture, which are Crimes Against Humanity.
But what I find is that politicians I tend to agree with on other issues, like mass murder, torture, and the environment, also agree with me on abortion.

I guess because we are a stupid flock of sheep that follow our chosen shepherds to the slaughterhouse. Until we wake up and start to see the big picture and make educated thoughful choices we will continue to be led by the nose of the special interest groups. I think it was Churchill who said, "It is very hard to get a man to understand a thing when the size of his paycheck depends on him not understanding the thing."

Single issue voters from the left or right on an issue just ain't right. I've got to wonder if these people are so far out in the country that they don't have newspaper delivery or television.
