The right controlled the House, the Senate, the White House and had 7 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices appointed by a GOP President for SIX years...

Perhaps if you didn't elect Presidents that had huge man-crushes on dark, hairy men you'd have that abortion ban you so desperately want.

Whoever told you liberals CELEBRATE abortions was lying to you.
Unwanted pregnancy is a horrible situation for anyone to be in.
If people who claim to oppose abortions would stop preventing policies that would reduce unwanted pregnancy, there would be a LOT fewer abortions.
But, although they CLAIM to care about abortions, all they're really interested in is controling women's lives and bodies.
Women have always and will always get abortions, whether they are legal or not. Everyone who cares about women's lives prefer they be safe.
You, apparently would applaud the 100 millionth death-by-botched abortion.

A few years ago I saw a program where a prolifer admitted why they really want an end to legal abortions and that was so more white babies would be available for adoption. I think that was an honest answer and a big part of the pro life agenda. However, please know making it illegal will bring back the back street abortionist that will endanger so many women. Do you really want to go back to those times?

What did conservatives do to ever prevent the pregnancies from happening in the first place to help prevent the abortions from happeing? Are they being realistic about human beings and their desire for sexual relationships? NO. The fact that they have an underlying belief system that shames sexuality which is a human trait as well as an animal trait given to us by god, they refuse to look at it in a realistic manner. If they were realistic about it, they would hand out condems to sexually active teens and be at the forefront of giving free birth control to every woman who wants it. Instead they whine and cry about abortions in the most lazy of ways and point fingers at people who enjoy their humanity and bodies and label them evil. Perhaps you cons should get off the pot and do something positive instead of always blaming the woman and making it sound like she is evil. Perhaps you should be involved in learning that abortion can only be prevented by taking action before conception and not prevented by illegalizing it and punishing women for it. This society needs to grow up and realize that punitive action against people who have already done the act is not preventing anything. Prevention by being realistic (as opposed the stupidity of saying abstinence teaching works) is the only way to make abortions become less and less frequent. Because, I'll tell you what, women are not going back to the pre-1972 days of back alley butchers and the days of illegalizing birth control of the comstock law years that lasted from the early 1900's to the 1960's. It isn't going to happen.

Maybe after we're stripped of that freedom, conservatives can celebrate the 100 millionth unwanted child born into abusive poverty!

Sure another 100 million mouths to feed and care for who would have no doubt reproduced another stupid generation .
Folks birth control is easy . Slip on two condoms or rubbers or get on the pill . Follow the simple instructions to prevent unwanted pregnancy and we can end abortion period .
Make the cost of one 10,000 dollars and see how many are performed . We have minimum Taxes to pay why not minimum abortion fees to pay .
Do not make abortion illegal make the license to perform them cost 20 million dollars .
Thats the way to deal with things . Make people get a permit is all I am saying .
They never made pot illegal you just needed a stamp like you needed a permit for a machine gun . You can still own a machine gun if you can afford the fee's .

Abortions are not good, but would you have adopted one of those 100 million children who would be thrown out the day they were born? I don't believe you would have.
