We love our Iranian friends.
The current government has been making threats against the citizens of the United States and Israel and destabilizing the Middle East more than us.
Should we be worried about yet another country with Nuclear Weapons??
What do you think we should do about it?

Would it be better to reform the US and abolish the wasteful 'states' system? There does not seem to be any coherence or consistency between the numerous 'states'. Each of the states has its own laws and infrastructures which are largely duplicated in all of the other states, an extremely wasteful process which only adds to taxpayers' burdens.

Should we abolish the individual states and just have a handful of 'provinces' (by whatever name) as they do in Canada and Australia. Both Canada and Australia are larger than the US and they do not seem to have any problems with the province system.

I have heard and read it enough on "Answers" here to justify the question I think

There are more than a few that think the Jews/Zionists are running the US and so on

What makes you think that why and where is the sources or proof to make me think that this has happened

I am more than reluctant to blame the "Jews" as a group

Blame one guy who happens to be Jewish - Sure I would be much more tempted to listen

But a blanket - The Jews - the (insert religion nationality here) - That is a harder sell

But it is said over and over again - Why should I believe a group of people all one religion are cohesive and powerful enough and coperate long enough to run America ?

I am highly skeptical but here is your forun

Let the vilolation notices begin !

The liberal media, praising Hillary for how she handled the whole guy, with road flares taped to his chest, taking hostages in her political office. They say she handled it, presidentially.

Does a depressed guy with road flares taped to his chest taking hostages equate to say Rudy having 3,000 New Yorkers killed while he was mayor?

Aren't we so lucky now?
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtxKstrbb7.cKsW5Nvk2S9jsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071130212151AAbYFG9

Bush now seems to contridicting himself bewteen now and when he wants to make those cuts in the article also posted in the question.

He wants Congress and blames Congress for dragging their feet on a 50 Billion dollar spending for the war in Iraq. He wants this passed, and given to him before the Congress Christmas Holidays without any strings attached. He still claims that we are going to be under attack in America here, as well as the men and women in trouble overseas fighting this war. He claims that civilian contracts will have to be cut off, among other defense programs cut. Is he afraid Cheney's private soldiers won't have money?

Are we only under attack when he is in office? Or Will we be less likely to when he leaves office? Bush sounds like a nut to me. In truth he is a Megalomania according to his evaluations.

Your thoughts?

It was NOT because FOX might do something underhanded, but rather it was for the opportunity for CNN to do something underhanded!
Further evidence that Liberals and Democrats (is there a difference?) cannot be trusted or believed! Just ask George H.W. Bush if you still have doubts.

Republicans tend to support war especially this current president even though no weapons of mass destruction have been found.
They tend to only look out for the rich.
They dont support equality for women.
Tend to see blacks as inferiors.

Canada in an off move decides to build nuclear weapons - (we already have power plants or I'd use that as my hypothetical situation ) The US and Canada say it is for security of the continent and Russia says it is for an attack on Russia to compliment the missle shield which is equally offensive as it is defensive
Russia then leads the charge of UN sanctions - which the US a security council member veto's repeatedly Russia does a pre- emptive strike on Canada Canada is of course right next door to the US and supplies a lot of oil to the Americans and there are a lot of economic ties to the US and Canada .Canada responds by throwing rotten fruits at the Russians and beer bottles Ironically a few Russian battalions are taken out by hockey pucks but is clearly no match for the Russian's What would the US do about that ?Sit back and say so the Russians are at our door step Oh well ?Russia is bounded isn't that far from Iran - Iran and Russia share the Capian Sea the size of Lake Ont
