there is a time for republicans and a time for democrats. i think its a balance we have to keep. if we have had republicans in office for too long we get tired of the harshness and when we have democrats too long we get tired of the softness. in my opinion the next president should be a democrat, we have had a republican for 8 years now. once we get a democrat in office for a while we will need a republican. we need this balance, too much of one thing isnt good, you cant allow one party to gain too much power. the ideal of course would be a little bit of both, someone who reflected the opinions of the american people and not the opinions or desires of lobbyists or large corporate entities.

I like the Republicans and I always vote for them. The Democrats always support America's enemies. During the Cold War they did everything they could to hand the Soviet Union the victory and now they are doing the same with the terrorists.
We support equality for women. We don't see blacks as inferior but we don't support welfare so I suppose that makes us racists.
We do support the war against America's enemies. We want to see everyone get rich.

1.Because wars are sometimes necessary... All the Democrats what to do is surrender and appease... And get off of that WMD rant.. it's way over used and seems to be the *only* mantra Jihadist lovers know.
2. In the Conservative view everyone has the same chance to get rich or get poor... (it really does go both ways.. do some research) The Leftist will make everyone equal... equally miserable and destitute.
3. Garbage.... Competent women do better as Conservatives... They aren't given a position just to meet a quota.
4. Excuse me... it is the Democrats that need to identify and classify *everyone* into some ethnic, sexual orientation, religious, disability, and/or gender group. They are the ones that *always* dived groups up for special consideration and pit one against the other. The makeup of this administration leadership puts your accusation to be a lie.

For a lengthy time period I in basic terms voted Republican, then I were given mad on the GOP and all started in basic terms vote casting Democrat, then I were given smart and all started worrying better about the candidate than the social gathering and because that then i have submitted ballots with votes for both Democrats and Republicans.

I would vote for a republican if I thought he were the candidate that best agreed with my own personal beliefs. That's how I judge candidates, I really don't care much for their party affiliation. I happen to belong to the Libertarian party, but if I thought the republican running was more in line with my own views than anybody else running I'd vote for him or her. Elections are about individuals, not parties. Try to avoid painting people with such a broad brush. In the last 7 years I've voted for Libertarians, democrats, republicans, and even a reform party candidate!

I'm proud to say that I switched to Republicans. Just look at the candidates we have to chose from on both sides! The Democrats are all socialists. They make promises to the poor to get votes and to stay in power. The poor (not all) just love getting the tax money that the rich pay. And they pay plenty! It puzzles me why anybody would vote for any of the Democratic candidates.

Because you people are going to send Hillary Clinton to the election.
Don't support equality for women, I'd love to see the evidence to support that little gem.
It was Republicans that fought for Civil rights pal the Democrats fought agianst it.
And stop listening to leftist lies, we found many WMDs in Iraq all you have to do is a small amount of independent research. But I know you're probably too lazy so I'll do it for you.

Why would you vote Democratic?
Democrats tend to cuddle with the enemy
They like to raise taxes for social programs so the poor won't have to work.
They keep the poor down with their social programs.
I don't know where you get that they see blacks as inferiors when this president has had more blacks part of his administration than the previous president.
So the question is, "Why would you vote democratic?"

Because Republicans:
-Stand up for womens rights. How many dems have stood up for the women being tortured in the middle east? That's right, none of them.
-See all people as equals instead of holding them back with things like affirmative action.
-Look out for all people regardless off income instead of the dems catering to the poor and ignorant by promising them things they have no intention of delivering.
-Will continue fighting the war on terror so we aren't all killed in our sleep.
