I'm for it - but I would also include corporate executives - why pick on small business owners?
Probably because they can't afford the bribes - err I mean campaign contributions.

No. They hire illegals to increase profits so they should be fined enough to make hiring illegals a bad business risk that will reduce not increase long run profitability. On the off chance any non-Republican Small Business owners that hire Illegal are found you should fine them also.

Small business owners pay their taxes as income (S-corp), but most people don't realize that and demonize the profits yet use the term "small business" when discussing jobs. It's a joke how uneducated people are and how the politicians use that ignorance to their advantage. NY state takes my high taxes and hands them to Geico. My competitor. Yet the Liberals are fine with that kind of corporate welfare because Democrats call it "economic development" and the Democrats always say they "support small business." You can obviously see how. RIVER IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF RHETORIC AND LIES. THE LAWS APPLY TO EVERYONE AND FOR SOME REASON THEY THINK BUSINESS INCOME IS DIFFERENT THAN PERSONAL INCOME. NOT TO THE IRS. HE IS THE SAME TYPE OF VOTER WHO DOESN'T REALIZE THAT THE LIBERALS (NY) FUND A HUGE INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH PAYS LOWER WAGES THAN A SMALLER AGENCY. THEY ARE DRIVING YOUR WAGES DOWN AND TELLING YOU HOW EVIL INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE.

Yes they should go to jail regardless of their political stance, but especially if they are politicians talking big about closing the borders and deporting all the illegals.
In all seriousness law breakers need to be dealt with. If the law says thirty days then they go away for 30 days. No like Lohan and her 6 hour jail sentence.

No. All business owners, whether they be republican, democrat or independents, should be fined a substantial amount per illegal worker.

There are sevral sides to this question.
1. To me Illegal is just that ....illegal (there are consequences.)
2. There are jobs in our country that no one else wants to take at the wages that are being paid.
It is a tough situation.
