(ignore mispellings) Right now im in a community college in Queens and I'm sick as hell of it because I am a Libertarian and I have ultra-conservative economic standpoints. Every class I have taken the professor whines about more funding for public schools and global warming, and other B.s., that I disagree with. Normally this isn't an issue because I have far-left liberal friends and I really dont care, but having to sit through watching "an inconvent truth" last thursday for an ENGLISH class has me pissed off royally. I dont care about view points, im just looking for a place thats LESS political to go to next year in NYC.. Please let me know asap??

What has Barrack Obama done for america other than:

-get an endorsement from oprah because he is black
-dance on the ellen degeneris show
-spout off unintelligent statements about invading pakistan

Seriously, what has he done?

Doens't his inexperience scare anyone out there?

from the drive by media bet if it was a mosk there would be. So its freedom of speech if you do that but when you talk how bad terrorist are thats racial profile show me where I am wrong.

If I spelled Mosked wrong tell me how to spell it because it doesn't have it in spell check.

Someone will get hurt with these far left loons that I will agree with Bill.

I do not really have negative feelings about former President Clinton. Just for setting a precedent for honesty I would be grateful for a list of Clinton's lies.

The main question concern his answer that was something like what do you mean by is, or was?

I have basic list:
Jennifer Flowers, I did not enhale, I did not not have sex with that woman (Monica Lewinsky), no encounter with Paula Jones, but am sure leaving a number out.

liberals: believe everyone should have health care in america. if people are currently ok with the health care they receive, that's fine too, they can continue using that health care system. but a government funded system should be in place for the poor

conservatives (most): are against universal health care because that would result in higher taxes that they don't want to pay. (even though many of them are Christian, and their religion advocates giving to the poor).

All things considered the price of gas or food is what it is . Over the course of time my investments far outperform the price of gas and as such its increase in price remains relatively unchanged as a percentage of my annual income . Does the price of gas really effect those with substantial incomes over $200,000. a year as much as it does a family making $40,000. a year and why should it effect me .
As the cost of gas and food rise the poor seem to cut payments for such things as health insurance . I am healthy today and feel fine so I just will do without it .
This attitude worries me more then anything else because it means that my costs are going to increase .
Does this mean we need to lower the wages of insurance workers and suggest that they seek office space of a less expensive nature .
I am always impressed by the huge buildings with the logos of the nations insurance companies on them .

Maybe they can not be trusted to handle the premiums responsibly .

KABUL, Afghanistan - Six years after the Taliban's ouster, medical care in Afghanistan has improved such that nearly 90,000 children who would have died before age 5 in 2001 will survive this year, Afghan President Hamid Karzai said Sunday.

would they be heartbroken if Iran settled the nuclear dispute peacefully? seems like a lot of conservatives on here just LOVE war. (don't believe me, look at their answers to questions about iran or iraq. of course, they don't say they love war, but i think we can all agree: actions speak louder than words. by supporting every way the u.s. can possibly get in, you send a strong message about your own moral fiber.)

Clinton was a MODERATE --- unlike Gore and Kerry.

Clinton adopted REPUBLICAN positions:
- Signed NAFTA
- Gave Permanent MFN to China
- Reformed Welfare

Remember when Bush was trying to get a UN resolution to authorize his invasion of Iraq? Nobody wanted to support the war, so Bush threatened them.

If Angola didn't vote yes, Bush would cut their aid.
If Mexico didn't vote yes, Bush would cut their immigration.
If Chile didn't vote yes, Bush would kill their free trade deal.

As it turned out, none of those countries supported the war. What ever happened to those threats? Did he do those things and we just didn't hear about them?

Or were they just the empty threats of a deluded, impotent leader of a fading power with no moral authority?
