Seems the dems want us in Iraq as much as the republifascists and they just use different reasons.....any one understanding the psychology of the Good Cop/Bad Cop game should be suspicious. I do not like conspiracy theories but they do seem to work hand in glove alot as in the dems seldom undo republican policies all that much when power "shifts"

I think as an American, while i understand the bomb ended the war, and ultimately may have saved more lives because of it rather than if we would have fought on until 1950. But the ends justfies the means doesn't work with God. So how can a nation under God justify Hiroshima

To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his father has acquired too much, in order to spare to others who (or whose fathers) have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, "to guarantee to everyone a free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it."

A. George W. Bush
B. Newt Gingrich
C. Rush Limbaugh
D. Thomas Jefferson

They act like it's a lifetime entitlement when really there is a MAXIMUM 5 year LIFETIME period you can draw it, Newt & Bill changed that, now some states may have expanded their programs but that's between the populace there and their legislators
How many of you knew that the working poor in many states who it did assist have now run out of the period and are going to food pantry's etc I doubt many of you ever even thought about but prefer to live in your little world where Reagan is still decrying the welfare queen ( which if truth be told was not the inner city black he was hoping the party pictured but southern rural whites since per capita they drew more assistance)

The Mother of the first Navy Seal killed in Iraq and the Mother of a young man serving in Iraq went to the Senator's office to ask him why he declared that "The War is lost" and why he launched a smear campaign against the brave American Commander, General Petraeus, and instead of greeting these Moms and explaining himself, he sent one of his toadys to order them to leave his office. Who is this guy that he can just blow off people he's sworn to work for? Is he so without honor that he doesn't even have the courage to stand behind what he spewed, no matter how vile? How can the good people of Nevada continue to allow this creep to represent them? Everytime bush scares the republicans with his 911 rant. or his Iraq rant. The republicans just toss money to bush like he is a wishing well.

What's bogus is the patriots that care about America are forced to pay not only for the death of american troops in Iraq, but also for Blackwater that the cons HAVE TO HAVE becuase in the con's wors the military isn't "good enough" to do the job.

This is in part why i left the republican party. The lies keep coming in. the disgrace for our brave troops, like my brother (KIA). and Yet the republicans keep pouring money into Bush's trust fund.

Syria, Iran, all on the horizon and it's just another form of extortion bush is puling on the republicans. what fools.

Unforunatly the rest of the country has to pay Bush's tab. And too bad congress isn't going to have that tax for Bush's war. The "war and spend" republicans at their finest.

Quit letting Bush scare the money out of your pockets. it's embarrasing to watch. The fool fools the fools i guess

... not to mention his tax cuts which heavily benefit the wealthiest Americans.

It's easy to shut out poor kids when your own little darlings are well cared for, huh cons?

Republicans: we'll concede the wealthy will vote for you in '08. You can have them. We'll remind the poor and middle classes how you really care for their kids. The right to Health care is a basic human right of every single American.

George Bush, and the rest of his croonies said Iraq had WMD's. It was a big reason for going to war.

Surely the neocons wouldn't of lied, and lied, and lied as a reason to go to war! Ya...they did.

He couldn't find those alleged WMDs, he still can't find bin Laden, yet he found a reason to veto a bill providing healthcare for American children.

Why?

I live in a poor area near Cleveland. All these "poor" kids that the LIBERALS want to be put on a "free" healthcare program are seen by me walking to school everyday in $120 sneakers with a CELL PHONE on one side of their face, and an Ipod on the other.I would just like to know why these people who can afford such luxuries should be given "free" doctorin'?

I can't recall reading that Thomas Payne or Patrick Henry ever used there speech to make personal attacks on the King, even though he was an ocean away.
Is slandering your President a decent way to use your free speech?
What will you say if they find those WMDs hidden in Syria?

When our founding fathers forged the document on which this country was founded, it seems that many had slaves.

I'm not sure what else was wronged when it came to the Constitution versus the people, however; we could look at the Native Americans

We are only told what we read in our history books when it comes to Native Americans., True, the American Government has made amends to them.

In today's world, should the Constitution be changed to meet the needs of this everchanging world we live in now?
