They snookered the Clinton administration. Could it be Bush wants a better chance at a legacy and is gambling on this?

To mental314 - the bombs dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima weren't H bombs, but they killed hundreds of thousands of people. No bite? Are you mental?

North Korea's first bomb didn't even work correctly . Their timing system was off by too much, and atomics require extremely precise detonation timing.

Not to mention it isn't an H-bomb, so even it's full potential is but 1/1000 of a fusion bomb. Big bark but no bite.

Well, we have had a cease fire, and for the most part they have honored that. That Cease Fire is only 52 years old!

China has a large hold over them!

I don't think they snookered anyone!
