Ever since I lost my George Forman grill I have been a bit edgy. That last question was waaaaaay out of line.

I just want the USA to win in Iraq so our boys/girls can come home knowing that they achieved victory.

Taliban militants hanged a teenager in southern Afghanistan because he had U.S. money in his pocket, and they stuffed five $1 bills in his mouth as a warning to others not to use dollars, police said Monday. Taliban militants elsewhere killed eight police.

The 15-year-old boy was hanged from a tree on Sunday in Helmand, the most violent province in the country

General Petraeus a Sycophant Savior, saying that "Petraeus demonstrated that he is a political general of the worst kind—one who indulges in the politics of accommodation ..."

The dictionary defines "sycophant" to mean: a self-seeking, servile flatterer; fawning parasite. Wow, so they even called him a "parasite" This seems to be far worse than what MoveOn had to say about the guy.

Will we hear an outcry by Conservatives condemning this magazine. Will Congress vote to condemn this magazine?

are they hypocrites if they don't???

OK, I know it is not popular to be against health care for children but I want to ask a few questions here. How many think the democratic congress is trying to whittle away at the number of uninsured to reduce the overall cost of a comprehensive health care plan. That is to say, if I can get $35B for S Chip, that is $35 B less that the Hillary plan will cost in the future. The more Dems can put insurance costs for middle class people into other programs, the more likely the american public will accept a comprehensive insurance program.

I am all for funding health benefits for those who cannot afford it. This program being pushed by the Democrats now will pay for health insurance for families making up to $80,000 per year. Isn't that really just taking the burden off of business and putting it on the taxpayer in the long run? What employer is going to offer health insurance if the govt is going to do it?

As a conservative, I am truly apposed to this and what they're trying to do. I hope that other conservatives will be willing to speak out against this realizing the further division that this will create within the Republican party. We need this like we need a hole in the head. I believe in a higher power, but c’mon guys, let’s keep these people from destroying us.

A group of about 50 evangelical Christian leaders – the James Dobson crowd – met in Salt Lake City over the weekend. It looks like they're on the verge of deciding to support a third-party candidate if Rudy Giuliani gets the GOP nomination.

To my fellow conservatives: Will you support what they’re proposing, or are you willing to fight against the division that they’ll be creating?

Two back to back Presidents of the United States who say Iraq was a threat and support the War. One Democrat & One Republican.

Or Should I listen to MoveOn.org, Al Qaida, Daily Kos, Sean Penn and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who say the war is 'illegal' and blame America?

(CNN) -- 2004 -- Former President Clinton has revealed that he continues to support President Bush's decision to go to war in Iraq but chastised the administration over the abuses at Abu Ghraib prison.

"People can quarrel with whether we should have more troops in Afghanistan or internationalize Iraq or whatever, but it is incontestable that on the day I left office, there were unaccounted for stocks of biological and chemical weapons."

Deaths among American forces and Iraqi civilians fell dramatically last month to their lowest levels in more than a year, according to figures compiled by the U.S. military, the Iraqi government and The Associated Press. The decline signaled a U.S. success in bringing down violence in Baghdad and surrounding regions since Washington completed its infusion of 30,000 more troops on June 15.

Curious to hear the liberal spin on this and why this is all somehow bad!

Was it naive of me to think hope or expect that I would get a reply other than:
On behalf of President Bush, thank you for your correspondence.

We appreciate hearing your views and welcome your suggestions.

Due to the large volume of e-mail received, the White House cannot
respond to every message.

Thank you again for taking the time to write.

Is it absurd to expect a response?
