I don't hold any one freedom any higher or think of it as more important than any other freedom, they were all fought for, won with blood and death, and for the last 7 years, Republicans have tried their best to throw away as many of these rights as they could.

The first amendment to the constitution for both. Freedom of speech/expression. I like the fact that I can make my opinions known and not be held against my will if someone doesn't agree with me. I don't care to hear others spout vitriole and hatred, such as Klanners, or Neo-Nazis, but they are afforded the same right of free expression as I am.

My most cherished freedom is freedom of speech. It promotes ideas, criticism, protest and praise.
Least favorable freedom to me is voting because the whole process is one big sham. No paper trail for electronic voting machines = liberty's doom.

I believe in freedoms, obviously what America was founded on. I am sick though of people taking advantage of the system. Freedom of Speech has to be one of the worst. People parading around talking non sense. Such as Jena 6.

The First Amendment is my favorite amendment of all, because it guarantees us freedom of speech, assembly, religion, and peaceful protest. The downside to that, though, is that certain groups (e.g. the KKK) are allowed to air their hateful views. However, I wouldn't try to take away their right to express their views for anything, because if you can take away one person's right to self-expression, then you can take away ANYONE'S right to self-expression!

I'm old fashioned... I like ALL THE FREEDOMS that USED TO BE guaranteed under the CONSTITUTION...before the Bush administration used that document for toilet paper and took most of my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS away from me.
