It only really matters to the zealots... the uber-liberals who inherently hate anything Bush....

Other than that, it would not be any determining factor

If President George W. Bush endorsed a Candidate, it would influence me strongly. It would be a Pro.

It doesn't make a difference to me. While I can appreciate the fact that the current president endorses the candidate...I choose a presidential candidate based on what platform they run on.

I make my own decisions about candidates. If you read something negative about Mr. Bush, remember that the left wing liberal loonies control the main stream media. They put a negative spin on everything concerning the President.

That's a pro though doesn't really influence my Republican vote. President Bush received more votes than any President in History. Obviously part of this is due to population increases though as a comparison President Clinton didn't even receive 50% of the vote either time he ran for President and he was against Dole the second time. If Perot didn't run the first time he would have never been elected and we'd be in a better place right now.

I don't consider endorsements. I prefer to make up my own mind on candidates.

It makes no difference to me. And, GWB is not going to endorse anyone except the person who gets the nomination.

I'm not too impressed with Bush; his endorsement of a candidate would sway me away. I don't want any more of his kind of leadership, America needs a break.

It is irrelevent.

What are the candidate's positions? I could care less who endorses them.

Neither.

Because he is a lame duck, his endorement doesn't imply any commitment to G W's policies.

Likewise, G W's opinion doesn't carry much weight with me.
