A half century after we liberated Europe from the horrors of national Socialism, it appears that Europe has again fallen to Socialism - this time of a self-inflicted nature.

Even those dependable old chaps, the Brits, have hit rock-bottom it seems. The Brown government has come up with a new cabinet post, the Secretary of State for Equalities, whose responsibility is to impose authoritarian political correctness on the remnants of British civilization.

The first to fill the post is Deputy Labor Leader Harriet Harman, who recently announced at a gay pride event that a new Commission for Equality and Human Rights will "mainstream the battle against homophobia" by ramming the militant homosexual agenda down the throats of the populace.

Yesterday the British government ruled that to comply with the Sexual Orientation Regulations of last year's Equality Act, religious owners of hotels and bed and breakfasts must either allow homosexual activity on their premises, or forbid any guests from sleeping together.

Not only hoteliers will be affected. For example, if a photographer objects to taking pictures of gay lovebirds smooching, then he can't take pictures of any couples and must switch to portrait photography

Code slogans such as "welfare programs" (they forget about trillions in corporate welfare all profits BTW we finance for fat cats )
"hate america" hahaah! (that's a hilarious one by the same who are out to gut our future by driving us into debt)
We'll fight them here if we dont stay in iraq (Iraq is good for making sure Bush an pals can loot us dry for another 30 years in war goods costs with no effective outcome, a noice scam) secular progressives (those who dont giv a damn who you sleep with and worry more about the lies being fed to americans in this fake oil scam war) and there are many more...so contrived and obviously right from neo-con mouths in the shill talk radio circuit

If it were a Muslim flushing the Bible down the toilet, the ACLU would have been all over it, but they are strangely silent on this case. Do you find that odd?

Isn't that a silly thing to say? How can you live in a society and not be affected by the governance in that society?

http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2007-07-30-giuliani-democrats_N.htm

Quotes from article for those who don't wnat to read it:

At an evening event in Laconia, Giuliani cited Democratic proposals that would take income taxes from 35 to 39.6%, dividend taxes from 15 to 39.6%, and capital gains taxes from 15 to 28%. He also took a swipe at Democratic rivals Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and Edwards at an evening town hall-meeting at a lakefront hotel, equating their campaign promises to socialism.

"I have a picture of all three of them. On an airplane. They're all heading for France," he said.

**********************************************************************

Giuliani argued that he favors less government and lower taxes.

"That's what makes America great, not this nanny government that Democrats want to give us, where government controls your entire life," he said.

Here is a real life example. My daughter had tubes put in her ears about 3 years ago. They are supposed to naturally fall out but one did not, so she needed a simple out patient procedure to remove the one that did not fall out. The procedure took 5 minutes to do and she was in and out of the doctor's office in 1 hour.

We get the bill and even with my health insurance, I have to pay $300 out of pocket. Not a big deal for me, but that could be a lot of money for some people. I start looking at the bills and it turns out that if I did not have insurance my out of pocket costs would be $5500. Remember this is for a 5 minute procedure.

How is somebody without insurance expected to pay for that. Who is too blame? Are the doctor's offices charging more to everybody else to make up for underpayments by insurance companies? Are medical lawsuits to blame? I don't have the answers, all I know is that system is bad and getting worse all the time.

The Royal Saudis are just front for the fanatic Wabash, the most backward, medieval religious Muslims. With Saudi Arabia, having the most and best oil, pumping out a minimum of 3 million barrel a day ($225 Million a day) supporting terrorism around the globe, is it smart, to give them more weapons and why?
