If it were a Muslim flushing the Bible down the toilet, the ACLU would have been all over it, but they are strangely silent on this case. Do you find that odd?

The ACLU won't lift a finger against the Muslim/Radical Islamic religious groups. "The enemy of my enemy, is my friend", The ACLU hates the Christian religion and everything associated to it. So their continued protection of all things Muslim now is to be expected.

He was arrested Friday. It's Wednesday now.

The case hasn't even been scheduled for trial -- it might not even have even been arraigned. Certainly, the defense team hasn't even determined a strategy, or whether its' going to trial, or whether any constitutional issues are involved.

So, before you go slamming the ACLU for not being involved, at least give them a chance to GET involved.

If they haven't offered to help a month from now, and if there are any constitutional issues involved, then you can ask and get a useful answer. Until then, any answers you get are based on what people think they MIGHT do over the next month.

That is ri-damn-diculous. When things get to this point total chaos isn't far away. This is a hate crime but the Wichita Massacre or the gang rapes and murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsome in Knoxville weren't. Goddamned politically correct bulls-h-i-t.

Being insensitive to somebody's superstitious bs is a hate crime, but rape and murder aren't. That surely creates some hate in me.

The student that flushed a Bible down the toilet was Bush?

I believe his rights were violated to free speech and freedom of political expression. Who arrested that guy who placed a crucifix in a jar of urine and called it art? I do, however, think it's a crime to place that book in a public toilet. If he had soaked it in pigs blood and set in a museum, that would have been fine with me.

The ACLU has an agenda to undermine traditional American values. Historically it was founded as a communist organization (and still is, though not as publically).
