as an Englishman who is currently on business i the USA i feel i must ask the above.
Most Americans think i am a alcoholic, just because i get drunk every night on Strongbow and spew up in the gutter and then fight with everyone..
Dont they understand this is what Brits do at night?

As a Brit i must protest at your accusation,i do not drink strongbow and then through up in the gutter.Its vodka and lager and it end up in the sink!
Also i do not fight with everyone as i am usually to pissed.

Not all Brits do that. You have a image to up hold, and not drunk every night. But keep trying you best. And I have lots of friends thy at are Brits. Not all get drunk.

I know this is what you English DO at nite that is why when I go the 'rock' I eat raw eggs and get a fan for my back side Some one has to take care of them

The American cannot understand that Root Beer is not real beer so when you talk of real alcohol unless its Whiskey its a bit beyond their imagination.
