The presidency obviously has done nothing wrong, so why not comply with congressional subpoenas and demonstrate that there is no basis to what congress is insinuating.

Why doesn't he just show that nothing wrong has been done instead of drawing out an investigation?

Why not call congress's bluff and make them look like idiots?

We spend 7 years hearing about tax cuts for the rich. About how the wealthy republicans are greedy and evil. Deeper divisions in classes, etc.

How is it that the republicans are rich and greedy, and would leave the poor to starve, but in the next sentence, if it were not for the wealthy democrats, the poverty stricken heartland would starve?

Rational thought and as long as we elect leaders who lack the ability to think rationally we will continue to have what the Bible offers mankind .
Plagues, famine and Gods WRATH / volcanoes, earthquakes ,storms ,and droughts .

It’s really disgusting. Why would anyone want to deny an innocent, little baby a life? (Noticed how I didn’t say fetus) What kind of monster would support that?
Don’t give me it’s a “women’s body and choice” rhetoric. A woman’s body and choice to do what, murder? The babies suffer too while being harshly aborted and you can hear their helpless cries.
The liberals support life for murderers, terrorists, animals, and dictators, yet they can’t support an innocent unborn baby? (Millions have been aborted since abortion became legal in this country)

I am all for going down to Venezuela and starting a war . Much closer and easier to manage or maybe we can get one going with Mexico .

what alternative is there to wiretapping while trying to survey a possible terrorist, who has reason to be suspect? this isn't a fascism/privacy/freedom issue, nor am I trying to bring bush into it. A tactic where gangs are sued by the government is working and decreases in crime are being reported. Critics however feel these laws are unfair to minorities. Has America gone totally bat sht? I am a mixed guy; I grew up in the “hood”. We suffered under the tyranny of these terrorists. What in the hell is wrong with modern LIBERALS!? While I was growing up on the south side of Chicago I was surrounded by violence. We do not need some white liberals who live in earth friendly million dollar condos downtown telling us what is fair and unfair. We also do not need misguided so called black leaders. Ahhhhhhh , finally our guy has got himself back on track . President Bush has taken such a beating over the last several years that it was showing in his public appearances . But right now he's sounding like a man with conviction , sure of himself again , and speaking with great clarity , rapidity , and confidence that makes me happy for him and our country . Not too often that he could be accused of being a great speaker , but he's on top of the ballgame right now . Ask him a question . . and Boom , he's on top of it and making one helluva lot of sense too !!
