Just because a subpoena is issued by Congress does not make it legal. ALL subpoenas can be tested for legality and validity in court.

If they were illegal of course I would object to it. But if you're speaking about the Congressional subpoenas, they are perfectly legal. Congress has the right to issue subpoenas. If those who are being called think they are illegal then they can challenge them in a court of law. Are they doing that? Or just refusing to honor the subpoenas? Isn't refusal to answer a subpoena punishable by jail time? Hmmm....

I am conservative libertarian if I had to identify with a party which I try not too, yes I would object and likely be held in contempt for refusing to obey it

you (and the current administration) seem to think a subpeona is an invitation. Its is not. It is a court order, therefore not illegal. Yes, I would attend to clear my name,....anything BUT Republican
