I watch daily:
Lou Dobbs Tonight (my actual favorite).
BBC News.
The Situation Room.
On the radio (in the car):
I am either listening to Michael Savage or NPR.
I get most of my news from CNN but watch all the news networks daily. I hardly ever watch network news programs at all (I used to watch ABC News with Peter Jennings but have not watched much since his death).
Many might find my preferences odd in that I am what most would consider to be far right. (I do think CNN has a leftist slant, but yes I watch it more often than FOX News anyway. Although I like FOX News fine. NPR is obviously leftist but I listen anyway. I simply do not embrace everything opinion news folk offer).
The only news program I actually can't stand, and generally purposely avoid watching would have to be Paula Zahn Now, and I absolutely refuse to watch Katie Couric on CBS (never have seen it so can't actually criticize it...I just don't like her).

My favorite news is through the radio, on the BBC Worldservice.
On the rare occasion I do watch the news on TV it'd be Fox 25 news (not to be confused with Fox News).

Definitely not the Communist News Network. I only watch CNN when I need a good laugh. I tend to watch the local news due to the fact that the biased stories are kept somewhat in check.

I have been disappointed by the news here and just recently switched from CNN to BBC World News. I am pleased with the news from BBC, it is more direct and less slanted. They just report the news, have no comment or slant.
My second and third favorites are Countdown and The Daily Show.
I watch each of these daily. Thank God for TIVO.

I try to watch as little TV as possible.. it just clogs the brain. I train on health and nutrition.. and did you know that you burn more calories by sitting and thinking than you do while watching TV? Your brain produces alpha waves while you are watching TV.. the only other time it does this is when you are sleeping.... and during these times we are more susceptible to the power of suggestion.... I prefer to read or listen to my news.

Although I know it's "fake" news, I mostly enjoy The Daily Show. I also like to listen to NPR and PRI.
