And does it really matter, they probably have quite a bit of uranium stocked up by now.

We are going to give them millions of tons of fuels and then they are going to screw us again by either resuming their nuclear activities publically or privately by kicking out the inspectors.....

Where in the World did that silly notion come from?

Google the phrase "Dissent is the highest form of patriotism" along with the name "Thomas Jefferson" and you'll find thousands of Web pages attributing the sentiment to the third president of the United States. The main problem with this is, the quote is only about 2 years old...not 200.

It was made by Howard Zinn in an interview with TomPaine.com to justify his opposition to the War on Terror. Someone erroneously attributed the quote to Jefferson.

Howard Zinn, for those who aren't aware, is an out-and-out unrepentant Communist. Yep. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howard_Zinn

Rudimentary fact-checking plainly reveals this whole "dissent is patriotic" nonsense to be an utter crock of complete B.S.

Hong Kong is more capitalist than the U.S. with less reliance on government, low taxation and very few purely public institutions.

Is the American system inferior? Or does America's more socialistic approach make more sense?

OK, we all agree that Bush is a tyrannical dictator right?

Well lets just say that China decides that Bush and his administration are a threat to their national security, and they invade and defeat our military. They then capture Bush and all of his cronies and jail them. Then, they inform every American that they are going to install a good Socialist government run by Americans. And when it is all done they will go home and we will live happily ever after.

Do you fight back? If so, to what end and why?

i know our welfare system is, for a lack of a better word...crap! And i know people abuse the system by staying on it for years and never getting their butts up and getting a job. But there are others that need a little bit of help for a few months or so until they get back up on their feet. Considering the other side of things, do you still think we should just do away with welfare

Al Gore is fearmongering by telling Americans that global warming will kill us all, yet he:

-lives in a 10,000-square-foot, 20-room, eight-bathroom home in Nashville
-according to public records, there is no evidence that Gore has signed up to use green energy in either of his large residences
-Gore has controlled hundreds of thousands of dollars in Oxy stock.(Oxy has been mired in controversy over oil drilling in ecologically sensitive areas. )

I'm sure you have all heard John Edwards' speech about a rich and a poor America...

Kind of funny when you consider that he:

-pays $400 for a haircut. In fact, one of the places where had his hair done is described on its Web site as "a unique boutique for the mind, body and face" that caters mostly to women.

How can he say he is "Supporting" the troops when he REFUSES to attempt any form of political solution to the war?

No, just "TELLING" the middle east countries to ge together is NOT a POLITICAL SOLUTION!

I see him funding the war but not helping to stop it.

I see him supporting the war, but not the troops fighting it.

Geez, I really would like to join. Can you help me come up with some reasons to feel victimized?
