Here's another fact for you. Was Jesus actually born December twenty-fifth? No, it was an arbitrary day picked because it was close to the winter solstice which was a very holy day in pagan religion. They thought it would bleed-off some of the Pagans if Christ's birthday was close to the Pagan holiday. Sorry for the person who thinks my facts aren't true, it must be horrible to have someone with enough smarts to be able to give facts that crash with your beliefs showing them to be inaccurate. Truth does have a way of irritating some people on here. There's always the block button, you can shut me up if you so choose.

The Christian church should pay taxes for being a right wing for-profit political organization
I saw some of their leaflets "John Kerry is going to ban the bible and take your gun away"..... Preying on the ignorance of the poor white mountain people of West Virginia.
Tax them until they go under. The world will be a better place

You have to start with a propaganda campain to build sympathy and fear. Then, you and your followers buy a TV network, and splash your views all over the world, with mention of the injustice done to you. you can then sue the Christian church, and demand they convert into temples of the ancient Pagan Gods and Goddesses.

If you had half a brain you'd know that the Christian religion came from the Jewish religion. Your buddies the Muslims stole the pagan god name of allah.

Sue Ken for lying about pretty much everything he posts, I would hardly take history lessons from some who can't get a fact straight if it smacked him in the head...

sue the government. as i see it religion was devised by the government because everyone used to see religion as the law of the land. The government created..."the way you should live" aka the bible. Now with all the political correctness they are taking a huge hit on the church with the one nation under god. But they have to because they dont want people to know they are in cahoots with the church. So theres your answer sue the government.

Actually your History is incorrect.
The Romans adopted most of the Greek Gods as they viewed them as Enlightened. In the 3rd Century AD, Constantine declared Christianity, as the official religion.
But his followes moved to the Eastern Roman Emoire in Constatinople, where they flourished for another 1000 years as the Byzantine Empire...
Many who stayed in Rome before it's collapse, continued to worrship the Greek Gods.....
