Will North Korea actually shut down it's reactor or find another way to stall some more?

And does it really matter, they probably have quite a bit of uranium stocked up by now.

We are going to give them millions of tons of fuels and then they are going to screw us again by either resuming their nuclear activities publically or privately by kicking out the inspectors.....

Who the hell thinks North Korea can be trusted?

North Korea will not shut down their reactor, unless they are forced by military action. Once they shut down the reactor they lose their only bargaining chip. They will not be able to get more aid or assistance if they shut down the reactor. They will hold out as long as they can. North Korea has the third largest army in the world, they are not afraid of anyone.

yes...it's in their best interest, and the Chinese leadership has told them to. can they be trusted? who knows...can we be trusted? our side in Washington keeps the threat level high and then is clueless as to managing the blowback.
