They don't care thousands died on 9-11 They just want to live in their cosy homes and not care what happens to others. Bill Clinton didn't do anything while millions died in other countries. Do we ever want another Looser Democrat?

"Do you know how many people think that there was a conspiracy with the JFK assassination? Millions of Americans still think their was a conspiracy and does that change anything? Nope. There's no paper trail, computer files, witnesses, recordings or videotape of the US Govt. doing anything to cause 9/11, just a bunch of websites and that doesn't prove anything at all. No smoking gun, no proof of a conspiracy."

Yahooer quote to one of my questions..

I know you have probably seen dozens of commercials and seen several arguments against it in print lately, but I see the handprints of the oil companies all over this. The ads state the fact that Prop 87 will increase oil tax by 4 billion dollars, but neatly skip the fact that its a tax on the oil companies and not the consumers. In fact, the law will tax only the oil companies, and will make it illegal for them to pass the cost to consumers. Don't be fooled! Fight back at the oil companies who have kept us Californians on the edge with THEIR outrageous gasoline prices! This is a chance to make them pay their 4 billion. In all other states were oil companies are forced to pay tax, the gas prices are lower.

I haven't read one thing any Democrat says that has any intelligences to it. Just read the brainless remarks they post here. Do you really want to be part with a party that has no real answers to the problems we face today. Who is their great new leader, Hillary Clinton? Get real!!

Why is it that the people who say "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for the rest of his life" are always the ones cutting education spending?

What the heck happened to fairness? I'd say that they should've challenged the minutemen to a debate.

Blocking their speech...wow. Raving around because they blocked their speech. Does that even accomplish anything?

George W. Bush inherited the greatest surplus in the history of the United States, and within months turned it into one of the greatest deficits. He accomplished this with a GOP House and a GOP Senate. Explain how this represents good fiscal stewardship?

For eight years Republicans savaged Bill Clinton for "gutting" the military. When Bush took over he did not raise the force levels of the military by a single soldier. Even after 9-11, he still did not increase the size of the US Military and now claims that the current force levels are adequate for fighting in Afghanistan, Iraq and, should it prove necessary, Korea. Were Republicans lying for eight years, or have they been lying for the last four?

I ask a question and it mentioned nothing to do with any conservative cause. Liberals attacked without any reason other then that fact they perceived that the question had to do with the war in Iraq. In truth the question could have been on any topic. Here is the link to the question. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Al8MFn0nQ4nRhbP1kS1gw1Hzy6IX?qid=20061016173916AA5wAuV

...and why. It has to be a current meember so no Foley or McKinney,

I way patrick Kennedy.

He the son of the senator Ted Kennedy from Massachusetts plowed his car into a barrier while under the spell of Ambien and then attempted to convince Capitol police he was late for a floor vote at 3 o'clock in the morning. When the story broke, Kennedy played the recovery card, announcing that he suffered from depression and addiction—to sleep aids and painkillers—and would seek treatment at the Mayo Clinic. Twenty-four hours later the man who had barreled down D.C.'s power boulevards in a runaway Mustang convertible (with the lights off) presented himself as a role model: He said that he hope that being open about it and saying that he needed help iwill give others the courage to get help, if they needed it.

He only stayed a month. No where long enough eo get help. Just hope he is kept away from driving.

I am often asked what retired people do to make their days more interesting.

Well, for example, they other day I went down town and went into a shop. I was only in there five minutes and when I came out a cop was writing a parking ticket, and I said "How about giving a retired person a break?" He ignored me and continued writing.

So, I called him a "Nazi". He glared at me, then started writing another ticket for worn tires.

So, I called him a "doughnut munching Gestapo". He finished the second ticket and put it on the windshield with the first, then started writing a THIRD ticket for the crack in the windshield!

The more I abused him verbally, the more tickets he wrote. This went on for about 20 minutes until it looked like an origami flower under the windshield wiper.

Personally, I didn't care. I had come down town on the bus, and the car had a "Hillary in '08" bumper sticker on it.

I try to have a little fun each day. It's good for my health.

Was this wrong?

Why do people accuse our Government of lying about WMD's. I remeber watching as Colin Powell made his presentation to the U.N presenting our proof that Iraq had WMD's. The Images that he presented to the U.N were most likely verified by top experts in the Cia and Top experts in Nuclear and Biological warfare. So why do people believe that our Government was lying. I don't think that our Government would blatently lie in front of the entire U.N.

im not really into conspiracy theorys but i watched a film on google video earlier called 9/11 mysteries ,i watched the film and as much as it was slightly one sided all the "evidence" does point to it being more plausible through many reasons that the buildings were blown up ,now i like to look at both sides and make up my own mind for a while now ive slammed alot of these conspiracy theory sites about 9/11 because of the way they go about it and i thought it was just a load of old rubish but i watched this film and although i couldnt say hand on heart that the US goverment did do it there is a lot of questions to be answered, but also alot of questions to be answered that the film didnt look at because it did for me put a phew little holes in there argument ,if youved watched it tell me what you think if you havent ,watch it and have a look at things from all angles i gotta say if it was an inside job then the truth will come out any way you could never cover something like that up .

MTV Base has recently changed their advertising campaigns to suit the british youths needs.

We used to be bombarded with american artists and maybe one or two uk artists, which is fair, as R&B and hip hop to my knowledge started out in the USA.

Now when i turn on to base, i see these adverts that pop up, representing UK talent, yet im not seeing talent, im seeing steriotypes, negative steriotypes. black youth (and some white) spitting lyrics which ain't saying nothin. Garage MC's with no real lyrical content, just bragging about what they can do, and what the next man can't do.

There's clips of them making conversation with each other as well, and showing signs of being brainwashed by gangsta rap. Seriously, im just thinkin to myself wtf kinda of influence, is this having on other potentially brainwashed hip hop heads.

Im young just turned 24, and still feel under 19. I wanna know if for one, anyone has seen the change in MTV Base, and two, what do you think about it?
