Jessicas LAW is named for a 9 year old who was raped and murdered(Buried ALIVE) by a repeat sex offender. The law has a minumum sentence of 25 years. A GPS tracking after paroled which people don't like so that can be taken out I have emailed our Gov. and Representatives. I don't know what to do. Our children need to be protected from these people who hurt children.Any ideas would be appreciated. They say this is a political issue but I think this is a parent and society issue. What do you think?

We legally require drug makers to donate 10% of their product -- the people get it for free and the government doesn't foot the bill.
We require doctors to do a certain number of charity hours at a free clinic -- free clinics open, government doesn't pay,
If you make less than poverty line, you don't pay taxes out of your check.
Everyone else pays the same percentage.
People who are on *charity* are actually given foodstuffs, clothing, medicine, etc, and their bills are paid on their behalf.
