Look at the options. Social Sience: Women Studies.
Society & Culture: Cultures & Groups >Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Other.
OK I have no problem that everyone else has a group. What about me? Us "others" do make up a pretty large part of the population. How about a slot? Plus I have no idea what "others" mean
Do you see any place for a regular guy? Why not? Or I am just an "other"?

I just learned that the US government has more oil under Federal Lands than exists in all of Saudi Arabia.

Sure it was good to have a backup when the Navy used diesel engines. But now ships only use oil for freedom frys.

I am sure this has been asked before but its kindof wierd. I am starting to think that the glue has somehow changed on a molecular level and combined with the glass eminating a fog or bubble in side the vehicle causeing one to only see inside the box. Further more I also have noted that they are on SUV's more than anything.

Basically the unabashed use of "hate" makes mt think that most posters have limited communication skills. No one seems to be using their thesaures.

Ok, now that I've made my screaming subject, let me ask this intelligently (and thereby limit my responders to maybe four or five brave souls)... we suffer from an energy crisis in our nation's power grid, weakened infrastructure, insufficient highways, limited mass transit, and a lessening of basic public services (when was the last time you saw a new library open?). These aren't 'hot' issues, but they're serious and not being addressed. These problems have been growing for decades, so please keep the "I hate Bush" comments out of this. The real problem is, politicians don't seem to care because they're only worried about immediate results for their constituents. My question is, how do we get them to care? Does anyone know a way to bring these problems to a national level and make them part of the debate? Are there lobbyists or other groups who work to fix this? I'd really like to know.

I always trusted democrats, but recent events sadden me a bit about the democrats. I think democrats these days will just do anything that's against republican views. I am a Jewish American and it shocked me to realize that a lot of democrats have such strong opposition to Israel's right to self defense. Some of the comments(about Israel) from the democrats that I talk to are simply racist ( and I always though republicans were racist). A lot of democrats these days will just say opposite of anything republicans are saying and I dunno how the heck democrats plan to win elections this way by just bashing republicans and not offering solutions. I think I'll stay a democrat, but I will probably lean to more moderate ways. I don't remmeber democrats during the Clinton era being so far-leftist. Do you think democratic party evolved after this Iraq war to be mostly far-left party?

the US always does what Israel wants and for what so we can be attacked by lunatic fanatical terrorists. Also, we give more aid to Israel than the whole of the middle east combined, if we gave some of that aid to say Afghanistan and Palestine we would have far less terrorists in the world. Stop being so dumb America, dont let the Israelis control America, esp you dumb rednecks that voted for Bush again !!!

It's not because he's black,it's because he's too religious,that's why.Most Americans are "Sunday Morning" Christians,but Keyes is "Saturday Night" christian-a little too close for comfort.

And I have to laugh sometimes at all these attacks against atheists, heretics,and other "unbelievers",as if christians are so convincing and so peaceful they dont need to resort to it.

As George Will said(one of the few ultraconseravtives who really is fair and balanced)Americans are more rhetorically conservative than they are in practice,and the fastest growing religion in the US(besides Islam) is the state of "none".There are two and a half times more non-religious Americans now than there was in 1990.

Why cant Rick Santorum be president,for that matter?
Hell,even Bush has the occasional drink or swear word,at least.
