as she is not even going to ask israel to halt their excessive military action, what kind of honest broker is she, is it more to make it look as if the usa is doing something, when really they want hezbullah destroyed

All public visits are "PR" in some sense. Otherwise they'd use the telephone or some second-tier diplomat.

Will she make a difference? Maybe. The best hope is to get the behind the scenes players (Syria/Iran) to put pressure on HezBULLies or to get Lebanon to do something about the terrorists on their side of the border.

Excessive military action? Ha! So u r biased against Israel, obviously. Condi Rice is in Israel to try and figure out a solution to this. Its obvious that the USA doesnt see Israels actions as excessive. I dont see it that way. I see Islam's constant attacks as excessive tho. I see Hamas and Hezbollahs joint planned attacks against Israel as excessive. I see the suicide bombings inside Israel as excessive. I see the statements made by Islamic Extremists saying Israel must be obliterated, is excessive. And I see Islamo Fascist symphathizers as urself as pathetic.

The Palestinian State is in jeopardy, and Pelosit, Rice and Rodham-Clinton are no longer determination makers. are not getting your hopes up with those that want the invasive Israel to have its way.
