Anyone guised as a potential investor can reach anywhere in the planet and with an offer of furthering trade interests, or creating employment opportunities or imparting higher education etc can buy and own territory anywhere. In many places, the military and local police might even come to the aid of this foreign investor to protect the *foreign investment*. Aren't we actually fooling people in the armed forces to sacrifice their life for *nothing good* ?

I find it humorous that liberals think they are so intellectually superior to us dumb hick conservatives. Yes you're right, you are so above me...like how you preach and preach against the war (a war Dems so conveniently forget they voted for), yet I never hear of any womens rights organizations crying for Iraqi woman freedom? Hmm, how convenient, I guess womens rights only matter if it fits my agenda.

I was refused on the grounds of epilepsy, but then I went to the doctors, because the diagnosis was questionable, to see if it was accurate, which it wasn't. I have doctors letters saying that I don't have epilepsy, so if I went back to the DVLA (In England this is) would I get a license?

I'm seventeen so I can’t say I know that much about the history of other politicians. But Chris Dodd seems like someone I would like to vote for. I just saw him on a news program where he actually spent time talking about the issues at hand. And not giving the rhetorical speech on how he is going to lead the country in a new direction. Give me reasons why Hillary, Barrack or John are the better vote.

As of the 3rd qtr 2006 Exxon/Mobile made approximately 51 billion dollars, they paid approximatelty 22 billion of this in Corporate income tax net profit of approx 29 billion.If they were taxed at a higher rate wouldn't they just increase the price of oil in order to make up for it?

in fact all countries should follow the netherlands in bringing up their kids. ALthough USA is the greatest country in the worl it has a lot to learn. It stands second last on the list of child happiness. see the likn below.
I think Bush would have never been such a moron if he was brought up in Holland. What I want to say is parental care is important in how a child turns out to be in the future.
