Predators? Should we? Or should we blame the parents and not protect them in society?
I know most predators are cunning and manipulative.
But just if this was proven. Let us say half the children are lot less of a target. if you need a real case.

There is no such link between pedophilia and television programming. Anyone who has a problem with the content on their television are more than welcome to use the Vchip or simply turn off the tv! "Problem" solved. Government infringement on Free Speech is NOT the answer to ANY social problem this country faces.

Lessening the sexual/violent content on TV does not protect kids from predators. It helps kids become less tolerant of such behavior. Predators are not influenced by media.
On a side note, in dystopic societies, entertainment comes in the form of violence and sex, i.e. in 1984 the public cheers at images of women and kids being bombed. In Logan's Run, he can pick and choose which woman he wants to have sex with via a television.
