Ok, I know everyone has their own views and opinions, but what is going on with people THAT LIVE IN AMERICA saying that "americans are stupid", "americans are lazy", "americans are killing our soldiers", WHAT THE H*LL COUNTRY ARE YOU FROM? I'm pretty sure living here makes you an AMERICAN!! I understand if you don't like what the republicans or democrats or liberals are doing, but we are ALL americans!! Instead of tearing each other down, shouldn't we be building each other up? Instead of saying what is so wrong with everything, try to come up with an answer to fix everything. If you are so adamant that this war is right or wrong, then I would like to hear why, instead of this crap that "we just have to be there" or "we should just get out of there". Give me some actual knowledge and interpretation!!

I think NOT. It's like saying "because Hitler was the Fuhrer, he deserves respect." I'd say there's about 6 million Jews that would disagree and a million DEAD Iraqi's, who did NOTHING, who would disagree that Bush deserves respect.

I am STUNNED by how many people in this forum think it's just peachy-keen that Bush does whatever the hell he wants, regardless of the severe disapproval of the majority of the US citizens.
Sounds like some of you want a dictator instead of a president.

Seatbelt laws. Helmet laws. Banning trans fats. All these are things that people can choose to do to benefit themselves. They aren't hurting anyone else by not wearing a seat belt or eating trans fats. Why does the government regulate these things? Is it right, or is it just a waste of taxpayer dollars.

(This does not include things like smoking and drug use, which can harm others [health/violent crime])

selves from what happened ?,saying they tryed to convince the iraqi government to delay the execution, when they could have stopped it at any time .

i think the man was scum just like any other person, yet what surprisied me is that the guy had quite alot of courage and dignity just before the execution i thought he'd break down or something . so i wonder were the sheites told to taunt him to get an out burst ?. the video footage was odviously done on purpose yet made out to be some lone person, this was all suposed to flare up violence on the streets of Iraq , the islamics seem to have seen through it . as again strange .

Liberals criticize the government for their palpable errors, both domestically and in the wars. Many of these people are negatively impacted by the decisions and lack of action by our leaders.
Conservatives criticize the nearly 2/3 of all Americans who are upset with the government for their opinions and say that they "whine" too much. That is most of America! After they have the audacity to question the patriotism of most Americans, they say that they can't offer solutions, even though they have been. (Just research the new congress's 100 hour plan).
